If I can't get close to you
I'll settle for the ghost of you
I miss you more than life
And if you can't be next to me
Your memory's ecstasy
I miss you more than lifeNamjoon stared at his friend in pity. He was so happy a few months ago, talking about how much they loved each other and how happy they were. But now, he hardly had a smile on his face.
Truthfully, Namjoon and every other person who knew them personally, understood why he didn't break up with her. He was already in too deep and it would be foolish to do so without knowing the reason and truth behind her actions.
He stared at his friend, who was smiling at funny video of her singing obnoxiously. The sight almost made him cry. Taehyung was madly and deeply in love her, despite how cruel she was to him. Whenever she was too much, he would watch videos they made together and stare at their pictures for hours. When he asked why he did that, Taehyung said that it was to remind himself that this was not her, and to give him strength, and to remind himself how much and why he loved her.
"Tae?"
"Yeah?"
"How is she?"
"She's quiet. Hardly looking at me but yeah, she's alright."
They turned around when they heard footsteps. The remaining guys sat with them in silence. Jimin turned to look at his best friend.
"How are you?" He asked quietly.
Taehyung shrugged. "I won't say I'm fine but I could have been worse."
Jimin nodded, saying no more. He had a feeling that she was acting like this because of something she found out. And get dreaded the day she would confront Taehyung.
It would be anything but good.

Jennie stared at Lisa who was staring at Jisoo. They have been thinking recently that maybe, just maybe, Jisoo knew what made Joohyun like this. They weren't sure, as she never told them anything,Just then Chaeyoung bolted into the studio and slammed the door, anger and frustration showing clearly on her face. Lisa walked up to her and tried calming her down as she was breathing heavily, asking what was wrong.
Chaeyoung gritted her teeth in anger. "I saw him. He had the guts to come back into her life to confront her." She growled slamming her hands on the table. The three girls frowned, anger taking over their features.
"And get this." She glared down at the table, before looking at them. Her next words filling them with dread.
"He's the reason she's like this. She found out. It's all him."

Later in the evening, the girls met with the guys. Chaeyoung repeated what she told the girls and dread filled them too. Especially Taehyung.
"So that's why she's like this." Hosek muttered, no able to look anyone in the eyes.
Jisoo nodded. "This was what I feared. No wonder she hates us now."
The rest were silent, unable to say a word.
Taehyung sighed, ruffling his hair. "So that's why she stabbed herself in the arm thrice when I told her I loved her. After what happened, she'd never believe that."
The rest had disturbed expressions, wincing at the thought of her stabbing herself.
"Yes." Jin voices out. "She couldn't bring herself to hurt you since she hurt herself instead, knowing for a fact that it would hurt you too."
He sighed, a few tears slipping from his eyes. Jennie stared at her hands. "She knows that we know."
Jungkook groaned. "Welcome To Anti Paradise, guys."
Yoongi scoffed, as the littlest of smiles crept on everyone's lips. "You could have just said 'Welcome To Hell'.
The younger male shrugged nonchalantly, although his heart was heavy. "Euphemism makes everything less worse."

Joohyun was strolling quietly down the park that evening. The sound of dead leaves crunching under her feet was oddly calming. She heard movements behind her, aware of who was following her and why.
Suddenly, she turned around, coming face to face with the person. They jumped back slightly.
She narrowed her eyes in a nasty glare, they cowered at her heated gaze. "What?"
"I wanted to see you."
"Get out of my sight, Seojoon."
The said male bowed his head at her harsh words before raisong his eyes to meet hers. "I don't expect you to forgive me, talk less of taking me back." He started, voice quiet and respectful. "But I'm sorry from the deepest part of my heart, even if you believe I don't have one. You' deserve more better than this but this is the best I can do. And I promise, this is the last time you'll see me."
She nodded, staring at him. He backed away. "Someone was watching."
Her eyes darkened, voice soaked with venom.
"I know."
