-Fischl?
Asked Bennett, the girl came in and sat down at the closest chair she found, he looked at her:
-Fischl's taking a break, for now, im Amy.
-What the?
-You'll understand. Anyway, im going on a trip to Liyue, just for a few days, and was wondering if you and Razor would like to come with me. I mean, I haven't been the nicest to both of you lately so I guess it would be nice to go on a re-bonding trip, right?
The adventurer hesitated for a moment, she did do some pretty bad stuff but the last time he saw her she looked so, miserable. And besides, he'd never gone to Liyue:
-I'd love to go, but my dad won't let me if he knew Razor is coming.
-Why?
-Let's just say, he doesn't like Razor very much.
-But well, he doesn't need to know Razor's coming does he?
She winked and smiled:
-Look, I don't know why your dad doesn't like Razor, but before Fischl comes back, I need him to forgive me. So start packing your things Bennett, we'll be leaving first thing tomorrow morning.
The next day, Amy came to get Bennett, and she helped him carry the extra bags he packed for the other boy. They made their way out of the city and into the forest, finding Razor earlier than expected. They told him about the trip, he obviously wanted to go.
The trio walked a bit, but the adventurer noticed that the path they were taking wasn't the one to Liyue, he stopped:
-Fi- Amy, wait! We're going on the wrong way! This one's the way to Dragonspine!
-Oh don't worry! I've planned it, there's a way to pass through here and reach Liyue.
-You know, I'm pretty sure going the usual way is much quicker... and probably safer.
-I'm not really caring about time you know? I want to go slow and steady.
-Dragonspine isn't really what I'd call steady...
He looked at Razor, who shrugged in response, they follower her anyway.
A few steps into Dragonspine, the sword user realized he was not ready for this, and he quickly started to get cold. Although his pyro vision kind of helped him keep warm, it was nothing compared to the freezing weather, and he feared that it would only get worse if they didn't stop to make a fire. The wolf boy was trembling, the temperature also seemed to affect him, greater than it affected the other, who noticed the shaking:
-Hey uh, can we stop and light a fire? I think Razor here has reached his limits.
The girl looked back and nodded, they entered a little cave and swept some snow out of the floor with their hands, Bennett lit a small fire with his vision. They all sat around the campfire, Amy looking for something in what seemed like her food bag. She pulled a thermos bottle from it and three cups, which she used to pour a liquid with chunks of meat and vegetables, soup. The girl handed the cups to them:
-Goulash - she said - helps keep warm.
They drank it in silence when suddenly they heard a loud banging noise. Whatever was making the sound got closer every second, and they saw dust falling from the entrance. The boys got up and tried to make a run to the exit, but the falling rocks and boulders got there faster, they almost got crushed by them.
They kept hearing the stones fall, so the trio decided to stay there until they stopped. Sitting around the fire and looking awkwardly at each other. What a fun trip.
