It's been week since Sam's been back, and she felt way different than before- but she has no idea what it is.Both Scott and Eli have both started to catch onto Sam's behavioral changes, I mean she wasn't hiding it very well considering half the time she doesn't remember anything.
Sam stared getting headaches, really bad headache's that would pound on the back of her skull, she even started waking up in the forest, more specifically on top of the nemeton.
Sam would have no memory on how she got there, she even started to forget things very easily which was not a thing that Sam would do.
Eli was getting worried, she wasn't acting like his Sam....the Sam he knows and loves.
So as they laid in Eli's bed, his hand rubbing up her arm as her head rested on his chest, body's pressed close together as Sam's fingers played with his "you would tell me if anything was wrong, right?" Eli asked softly making Sam stop what she was doing.
"Yeah totally..." Sam stuttered out while covering it up with a chuckle. Eli frowned "so why aren't you telling me." He asked as he sat up, Sam's head falling from his chest as he turned to look at her.
Sam sat up, her head looking down at her hands to play with her fingers.
"I- I don't know...." Sam trailed off with a lost look on her face, Eli looked at her confused "you don't know?" He asked making Sam shoot up from his bed "I don't know, okay!" She yelled as her hands gripped at her head, trying to stop the headache that was begging to form.
"Hey..." Eli carefully said as he stood up from his bed, he slowly mad his way over to her, wrapping his hands around her wrist to gently pull her hands from her head before she ended up hurting herself.
The boy pulled Sam into his chest as she let out a sob, Oh was she tired.
Eli rested his cheek on the top of her head as he rocked them slowly on their feet, trying his best to calm her down.
Sam slowly pulled back from Eli's chest, her head tilted upwards to look at him "I'm serious, I don't know because I can't remember." Sam whispered out, absolutely terrified.
Eli furrowed his brows "what do you mean you can't remember?" He asked as he took her hand in his and walked her to his bed to sit down on the edge.
"Im having a hard time remembering things lately, it's like i'm not even here and someone else is taking my place, my mind." Sam stuttered out as she used her hand ms to express her emotions.
"I mean, I keep getting these really bad headaches and nightmares that just won't go away, they just keep coming back." Sam closed her eyes and let out a deep breath "and I keep waking up in the forest, on the nemeton..." Eli's eyes went wide "have you told Scott about this?" He asked as he leaned forward to rest his elbows on his knees.
Sam shook her head, Eli sighed "well I think you should-" he was cut off by Sam as her head shot up and her eyes went wide "no, no! You can't say anything to him, okay?, he already has enough on his plate right now with Allison." She quickly said, her heart beating faster than usual.
"Promise me Eli, you won't tell him." Sam seriously said as she stared into his soul.
"But-" she cut him off one more time "promise!" Sam exclaimed as she lifted her finger up to point at him.Eli signed, his hand coming up to push some of his hair out of his face "okay, okay....I promise I won't say anything."
And such a terrible idea that was, because maybe it would have stopped what happened next.
A small chapter for you guys before I take my ass to bed 😁
