My Obsession

Chapter nine:

I'm the first one to wake up and see Pansy asleep in her bed, my little moment with Mattheo pops back into my head. "Pansy, Pansy. Wake the fuck up." I shout, throwing the blankets off of me. Pansy wakes up startled, looking at me confused. I jump out of my bed and into hers, "Mattheo and I kissed." I tell her, trying to process the night in my head. She covers her mouth with her hands and looks at me completely shocked, "Just friends my ass." She shouts at me, hitting me with her pillow. "We were sitting on the couch after you left, talking for a bit then he called me pretty and then he kissed me." I tell her, looking at her with the same shocked expression. "I thought it was all a dream but no it totally fucking happened." I tell her. "I told him goodnight afterwards, I was so fucking nervous. Why was I nervous? I never get fucking nervous." I ask, rambling on and on about the kiss. "Y/N." She shouts, grabbing my arms to stop me from rambling on. "We just need to see how he acts today when you see him, do you think he told the boys?" She ask me, "I doubt it. They all may be friends but that stuff they might kill eachother over." I tell her, both of us jumping when our dorm room swings open, causing the both of us to scream since it startled us. "What the fuck." Theodore shouts, as we now have startled the boys. "You scared the fuck out of us." I shout, throwing the pillow at Theodore. " We came to wake you two up, why are you awake so early?" Draco comments, taking a seat on my bed. I glance at Pansy, both of us making eye contact. "Just talking about her date last night." I tell Draco, nodding my head so she'll go along with it. "It went great, we asked me to be his date to the Ravenclaw party Friday night." Pansy tells them, "Thank you." I mouth to her, getting up and grabbing my school clothes. I look around and see Mattheo leaning against the doorframe of the bathroom. "Goodmorning love." He tells me, a huge smile on his face. "Hi Riddle." I smile, walking into my bathroom and closing the door behind me. I walk out soon after in my green plaid skirt, and my white button up, I toss the tie on my bed deciding not to wear it today. "Pansy told us you stayed in last night and just worked on homework?" Theodore questions, raising his eyebrow at me. "Hmmhmm." I nod to him, sitting on my bed and putting my shoes on. "You, Y/N Black stayed inside and did homework? That just doesn't seem right. Like at all." Theodore continues on, "We'll that's exactly what I did." I tell them, looking over at Mattheo who had a huge smirk on his face. I let my hair cover my smile while I walk past Theodore, Draco, and Enzo. I grab my robe off my dresser, "Hey, all students are to report to the Great Hall immediately. Dumbledore has an announcement to make." Head boy say, sticking his head in my room. "Owww it's probably about how great Gryffindor is and how we should all look up to them." I say sarcastically. "Oh just get a move on." Mattheo chuckles, putting his hand on my lower back and guiding me out the room. "You all saw that too right?" Draco comments, about Mattheo's hand. Pansy chuckles and shakes her head, "He swore up and down he had no feelings for her." Tom tells them. "Clearly that's a fucking lie, and she's lying too. She told me nothing is going on there." Theodore comments. "You are all getting worked up over Y/N and Mattheo possibly having feelings for each other? You are ridiculous." Pansy tells them, following after the two of us.

As all the students sit down at their house tables Dumbledore stands up. "As of 8pm last night Hogwarts is going to have some guest staying with us for the time being. As long as you stay away from and don't bother them, no harm will come to you." Dumbledore announced, Pansy and I exchange a weird look. "The Dementors will be our guest for the time being." He says, the whole Great Hall erupting in whispers. "Sirius Black escaped from Azkaban last night, that is why we will have the dementors here." Dumbledore says and all eyes go to me. "I'm not the one making the fucking announcements, look at him." I snap at everyone, pointing at Dumbledore. All my friends look at me, "You think he escaped to come see me? I highly fucking doubt it." I tell them. "Maybe he came to finish the job." I joke, only one who laughs with me was Draco. When I see him laughing I can't help but laugh more, causing the two of us to laugh hysterically. "And we all thought you were the psychopath Tom." Theodore says, looking between the two of us laughing. "We will continue to go through our school years like normal, that is all. You may all go to class now." Dumbledore finishes up, Draco and I trying to pull ourselves together. "Cmon, that's enough dark humor for today." Enzo tells me, grabbing my hands and pulling me to my feet. "You had to admit that's was fucking hilarious." I tell Enzo, huge smile on my face and I squeeze his hands. He walks backwards, still holding my hands in his. "Oh yes, hilarious love." He chuckles at me, "Are you guys coming?" I call out to our friends, I can't help but spot Mattheo glaring over at the two of us with his jaw clenched tightly. "Y/N, we should talk." Potter calls out to me, "Nothing to talk about." I shout back at him, quickly pulling Enzo out of the Great Hall before Potter can come any closer to me. "Jealously isn't a good look on you Mattheo." Theodore teases him, the rest of them all walking to us. "I'm not jealous." Mattheo grumbles, exiting the Great Hall. I pull my hands away from Enzo when everyone else walks over. Pansy grabs my hand immediately and rushes off from the boys, "Mattheo was very worked up when you walked out hand in hand with Enzo." Pansy whispers to me, trying to walk us both faster since the boys were following behind us. I look over my shoulder and see Mattheo's eyes glued onto me, Pansy looks over as well.
