My Obsession

Chapter forty eight:

Next day:

"Pansy I'm gonna let the boys know we're leaving." I call out to her, fixing my messy hair in the mirror. I changed into a pair of black skinny jeans, a brown and white flannel and a pair of brown boots to match. I curled my hair and did a bit of light makeup, I grabbed my jean jacket off my bed and left the room, hearing Pansy call out to me, "Okay." She shouts, still in the bathroom doing her makeup.

I push open Theodore, Enzo, Mattheo, and Tom's dorm room and see it's empty. "Uhhh..." I say to myself, going next to door to push open Draco and Blaise's dorm room, I startled Crabbe and Goyle by me just bursting in. "Where the boys?" I ask him, "They all left about an hour ago, no clue where they went." Crabbe tells me, I just nod my head and walk back out. I meet Pansy in the common room. "Boys aren't here, Crabbe said they all left about an hour ago." I tell her, pushing open the door. She looks at me confused and puts on her black leather jacket, "Well where did they go?" She ask me and I shrug my shoulders, "Let's check the Great Hall before we leave." She tells me, the two of us making our way there.

I stand with my arms crossed over my chest and look at the Slytherin table, "Not here." I tell her, letting a defeated sigh out. Students pile into the Great Hall, enjoying our free day from classes. "We'll see them later, even if it's strange that they're gone." She tells me, wrapping her arm around mine as the two of us walk out the school. I apparate the two of us to Diagon Alley, I smile when I see the alley extremely busy already. Pansy and I keep our arms locked while we walk the street to find the store we're looking for.

Pansy and I walk out the last store we needed to go into, I had a few bags and Pansy surprisingly only had a few as well. "Maybe we're finally cured your addiction." I tease her, she smiles and rolls her eyes at me. "Because I bought everything the store had last time we were here, nothing new has come in." She admits and I can't help but laugh at her. Our laughter quickly fades when screaming can be heard from down the street. We both stop in our tracks and look to see people running down the alley and some black smoke appearing from behind them. I grab my wand from my waist band and the other hand grab Pansy and slowly move down the street. "It's Gringotts." Pansy points out to me, once the smoke finally clears. "Death eaters, death eaters are coming." A women shouts, running past us and not afraid to bump into us. Pansy and I both get pushed into the wall as the huge crowd of people now come running, "Did she says death eaters?" I ask Pansy shocked, shoving people away from the two of us. I watch as six people walk out the bank, one of them had an item in their arm. I couldn't tell who they were, they were wearing all black and had mask covering their faces. "Y/N, let's go." Pansy tells me, grabbing my hand and pulling me along. The stone wall was being hit all around us, stone falling onto Pansy and I while we ran away. I grab Pansy hand and pull her into one of the shops to hide. We both duck down below the windows of the shop, "Holy shit." I comment, trying to catch my breath. "What the hell are death eaters doing here?" Pansy ask me, also trying to catch her breath. "Hello girls." A man's voice calls out to us, we could only see his silhouette in the shadows. The voice sounded familiar but I couldn't put my finger on where I heard it before. "Nope, nope. Nope." I say quickly, grabbing Pansy and running out the shop. We run right into the six people who were leaving the bank earlier, I fall to the ground as one of the grabs Pansy's shoulders when she ran into them. "Stupefy." I shout, sending them flying back. I grab Pansy's arm and apparate Pansy and I back to Hogwarts. I let out a sigh of relief when we land in the grass in the courtyard, Pansy falls down next to me and I fall back onto the grass, the two of us staring up at the sky. "What the fuck was that?" I ask Pansy, "The hell if I know." She says, putting herself up on her elbows. "Black, Parkinson." Professor Snape calls out, running over to the two of us. Regulus was with him and ran over to help me up. "You okay Y/N?" Regulus ask me, grabbing the side of my head and looking me over. Pansy looks at me, "Babe, you cut your head." She says, I put my hand to my head to see the blood dripping on my forehead. "You're arm is cut as well, you two make your way to the infirmity right away." Snape demands the two of us, pushing us into the school. The two men lead us to the nurse.

Draco runs over to Theodore who was sent flying back in Diagon Alley, "Y/N such a bitch." Theo groans, pulling his mask off and taking a deep breath since I knocked the wind out of him. "What the hell were they doing here anyways?" Enzo ask as all the boys surround Theo and help him up. "Boys, let's get a move on." Mr.Nott shouts, walking out the shop Pansy and I hid in. "He's waiting. Do you have it?" He ask, Mattheo sighs and uncovers Helga Hufflepuff's Cup. Mr.Nott just nods his head and apparate himself and the boys back to the Malfoy Manor. They stood outside the dining room and waited till they were called in, "No seriously, why were Y/N and Pansy there?" Blaise ask, repeating Enzo's question. "They had shopping bags, probably shopping." Tom says, pacing in front of his friends, panicking. "I almost hit them with a spell." He admits, they all look at him shocked. "I don't believe it hit either of them, but I can't say for sure." He tells them, leaning against the wall. Narcissa opens the door and nods for the boys to enter, Mattheo walks in first with the bag that contained the cup in it. "We're you boys successful?" The dark lord ask, "Yes father." Mattheo tells him, dropping the bag in front of him on the table. The rest of the table full of Death eaters watch closely as he pulls out the cup. "Ahhh boys, good work." The dark lord smiles his wicked smile. "Everything is falling into place now, I'm making myself untouchable." He informs his followers.

The doors to the dining room swing open after about thirty minutes after the boys arrived at the Manor. "Where have you two been?" The dark lord calls out, getting out of his chair when Snape and Regulus walk in. "Two students were injured in Diagon Alley, we were taking care of it." Snape informs everyone, the boys faces all go pale and they look at Tom. "Had to be taken to the nurse before we could leave, They we're close to the bank when they boys walked out." Snape says and takes a seat. The dark lord looks around and slams his hands on the table, "Do they have any idea on what happened?" The dark lord ask, Mattheo and Tom stare down at the wooden table, trying to not show any emotion on their faces. "No, just death eaters there. Have no clue who it was or any idea. They're safe." Regulus tells the Dark lord, scanning his eyes at each boy.  "It was Y/N Black and Pansy Parkinson, wasn't it?" Mr.Nott speaks up, laying his elbows on the table. Snape clears his throat and nods his head, "Yes." He admits. The dark lord glare turns into a huge evil grin on his face, "Regulus, I'd like you to keep a close eye on Ms.Black. She might looks for answers now, you need to be the one to stop her." The dark lord demands of him, waving his wand around as he walks along side the table. "Yes my lord." Regulus tells him, glancing at the boys then back to him.
