It was like his eyes never closed, but Ouma knew that he fell unconscious just a moment ago, so why was he aware and alert? He didn't know where he was, his vision was as dark as night. No matter how much he tried, he couldn't see or move. The air felt musty and heavy, unlike Kisaragi Academy.

A world came forth from the darkness, but Ouma still couldn't move. He smelled the dirt that he lay upon, as well as the musty air of what seemed to be a dark basement. Only a flickering lightbulb hanging from a wooden beam illuminated the room. Beside him, he could barely see a young boy and two young girls who looked quite familiar. It was the ghost children from Heavenly Host in human bodies, possibly moments before they died.

Ouma noticed that ropes bound the children's wrists and ankles. Blindfolds wrapped around their faces, obscuring everyone's sight aside from Ouma's. When he squirmed a little, he realised that he was also bound, but his movements felt insentient. At least he could still see.

The children beside him were sobbing, and he soon joined them. It didn't feel like they were his tears. Hell, he didn't even know what to cry about since this happened so fast that it was like he was born as a fifty-year-old. As they sobbed, the children began begging their parents to save them.

A broad-shoulder man walked across Ouma's vision but he couldn't turn his head to get a better view. The strange man groaned and could only seem to speak a few broken words. "Her... eye... eyes..." He leaned down with a white strip of cloth, wrapping it around Ouma's eyes. Now that he couldn't see anything, Ouma only panicked more and wanted to scream, but all he could do was sob.

He couldn't stand this! Being blindfolded and bound was one of his worst nightmares. Having his sight stripped was something he had hated ever since his birth. Hell, even though he was sixteen, he still slept with a nightlight due to the fear of not being able to see. All of the children's sobs became clearer. Ouma wished he could see what was about to happen to him...

"What are you doing to me?!" Ouma managed to scream. "Untie me! Please! Let me go!" He continued to beg and plead for his life, but nothing happened. All he heard was shuffling footsteps. Hell, he was beginning to worry that the bulky man was deaf. Even though the words came out in the voice of a young girl, he meant every single one as if they were his.

"In... or... der... o... kay?" A garbled voice spoke.

Ouma heard a few footsteps before a young boy began screaming at the top of his lungs. A thunking noise cut through the screams repeatedly and Ouma couldn't help but shudder. He'd never heard someone scream for their life, but he hoped that he'd never hear it again. That should be a sound that no one ever experienced. This was lasting for an eternity. Even though it had been possibly a minute, Ouma felt like he had been listening to the screams for years.

Eventually, the screaming subsided, now replaced by pained grunts and gurgles. Ouma sobbed in horror, tears soaking the blindfold. No one deserved this treatment, no one deserved to go through such agony! Especially not a poor five-year-old boy!

It had probably been half an hour of Yoshizawa lamenting and gurgling as his abdomen was shredded. Ouma remembered seeing his ghost and the deep slashes in his abdomen. Finally, the noises of a dying boy ceased.

A single second passed before the girl beside Ouma began to scream in the same terror. Choking, gurgling and sobbing filled Ouma's ears, but he couldn't do anything. The bindings forced him to lie there as he waited for a disgusting man to torture and murder the children beside him.

Ouma didn't know how much more he could take. He begged for the murderer to stop in his mind, sobbing and begging whatever god was out there that this would end. When he caught himself begging for the girl to hurry up and die, he froze. What kind of monster was he becoming? After a second of deliberating, he couldn't bring himself to care. All he wanted was for this nightmare to end.
