We reach the final floor and hack into the door system; we all mentally prepare ourselves. We enter and it's a big room barely lit, with just a desk, it was empty. Sitting at the desk was the boss, I would assume. Then what I would assume to be the sidekicks standing near the desk.
"Well, well, well, I've been expecting you." The boss says.
"Danuja." Senshi says what is presumably his name.
"Sashida, what a surprise. I never thought I'd see you here." Danuja comments.
We all look over at Sashida who seemed to have a look of guilt on their face.
"Oh, it seems you have yet to tell your lovely friends. So, do you want to tell them? Or should I?" Danuja asks, his voice condescending.
The room was quiet.
"I'll tell them." Sashida begin as the silence was broken. They were quiet. We waited for them to start speaking.
"I'm a traitor." We're the words that came out of Sashida's mouth. Their tone quiet.
"I-I've been providing pictures and our location for the boss. I-I'm the reason why the agency has found us without fail." Sashida states.
"HAHAHAHA!" Danuja just laughs. "How interesting! Senshi, would you look at that! You're the cause of all the despair around your friends! Well done, Sashida, you did everything I asked without hesitation." Danuja finishes. He was provoking and meanly teasing Senshi.
There was a silence upon all of us.
"Though I don't get along with Sashida very well, I know them well enough to know they'd never betray us in cold blood!" Kokoro yells.
"I have to agree." I add.
"Are you guys insane? I've betrayed all of you and you still want to insist that I- I am a person who you still want to trust!! Why? I've done awful things. I'm one of the best hackers. Why would you believe that I-I would be able to have friends, live just a normal life, be happy! I've betrayed all of you, yet you still want to believe I'm that Sashida you knew!! I-I'm sorry but- but I'm not that Sashida you knew. It was all just a plain act to get you to believe I was innocent." Sashida yells. Sashida was close to tears.
