Red ended up joining them as well, though not for very long, a tall boy radiating a dark aura trailing after Red like a lost puppy.
"Whose your friend?" Blue asked, offering them both a cookie.
Red waved her off, though his new friend took one, munching on it and humming at the interesting flavour.
"This is Ender, but I've just been calling him Eddie." Red answered brightly, watching as his friend hesitantly reached for another cookie.
"Call me what you want," Ender grumbled.
Red just beamed, practically glowing at his new friend.
Blue watched as Ender took a few more cookies from her tupperware box and stuffed them in his pocket; acting like he wasn't allowed them.
"Take as many as you want," Blue smiled, causing him to relax.
"Thanks," he muttered, his grumpy expression softening slightly.
"Sis makes those every day," Red complained, admittedly sick of the sight of them.
Blue getting surprised looks from Yellow and Orange, the only other people who liked her odd tasting cookies.
"What flavour are they anyway?" Yellow asked, taking another.
"Netherwart," Blue answered, nibbling on one.
Ender choked, suddenly wanting to spit the cookie out, and return the few in his pocket. "Netherwart?"
"Yep!" Blue smiled brightly, almost mirroring Red.
"That's..." Ender cringed, but couldn't deny liking them; the only thing (aside from Red) keeping him from returning them.
"You know what netherwart is?" Blue asked.
Ender stared at her. "Underground mushroom."
Everyone cringed.
"You were close with it being a fruit," Orange muttered, causing Blue to shrink into her seat, feeling ashamed.
Ender may as well have said they were drugs!
Yellow put a hand on her leg under the table, calming her down; he was nice, funny, and seemed to have a calming effect on her.
Blue smiled gratefully at him.
"Sorry," Ender said, looking horribly guilty. "I should get back, you coming Red?"
Red nodded, staring worriedly at his sister.
Blue just waved him off. "See you later Red."
Red nodded. "I'll come over for dinner later," he waved back before running after his friend, startling Blue with the self-invite.
"...Okay." she glanced around, noticing the familiar look Green had, one he got when her cooking was mentioned. "You can come too." she sighed.
Blue stood up, stretching her tired legs and grabbing her tupperware box and tray. "See you all later." The three just watching her go.
"She's... a gardener?" Yellow asked, people told him growing up he could be really smart, and yet he somehow just noticed the mud stains all over her.
Green burst out laughing, while Orange's lips kept twitching, trying to keep from following.
"She's in horticulture," the artist answered.
Yellow scratched his head, feeling like an idiot and deciding to just leave as well, grabbing his tray as he practically ran back to 'playing with oil' as Green put it.
