""Shit! You are bleeding!" He grabs my arm, steadying me. He looks around then sticks his head out the window at the other boy, "Lo'ak come help me!" Great, Lo'ak is the other one. Neteyam looks at me again, I quickly look away, my heart still pounding, the pain in my foot is almost entirely overpowered by Neteyam's hand on my arm. Why does he make me feel like this?"
- A lil excerpt from the first chapter. <3
This will essentially be just a deeper dive in atwow (lol). It begins before the sky people return and continues through the movie and after the movie ends. There is going to be a lot of romance, I hope that is what you came for! I am trying to make it as true to the original movie at all, so please let me know if I make any mistakes along the way!
CONTENT WARNING: This story will contain and depict topics that may be sensitive to some readers. If you are uncomfortable with depictions of anxiety, depression, depersonalization, panic attacks etc., this story may not be for you.
If you read something you feel could use a trigger warning in a chapter please don't hesitate to let me know.
At the start of this story, Safi and Neteyam are 15, in order to age them up, I am going to change the time the sky people arrived to the time the Sully's leave the forest from one year to three years.
The story takes place during time of the second movie canonically, they are 18, and the other kids have aged respectively, Kiri and Lo'ak are 17, Spider is like 16/17? Tuk will be 5 in the beginning of the story and still 8 at the time of the movie. I don't think it will effect the story too much.
All images I use were found on Pinterest, I do not own them. <3
