It felt a little weird, weird to sit alone in silence as everyone else just ran their mouth. Where had Ms. Kujou gone? She was never this late to class..

After a few more minutes, Their teacher did enter the room, looking annoyed. More annoyed than usual, actually.

"Good morning." She tried her best to fix her face, crossing her arms,
"Kamisato Ayato, please stand up."

Had something happened... Wait.. This was the same way it had gone with Kei...

No, no, Thoma, you're overthinking.

"Take your things and sit next to Thoma. I don't want a peep of noise from you." Ms. Kujou finished. Thoma looked back to see Ayato bow, stand straight, and in a matter of seconds, He was smiling, sitting next to Thoma.

"Before you ask, Mr. Arataki, You are not getting your seat changed. Now, I am not going to be teaching you today. As per an order from the headmaster, these next few days, Inazuma will be learning about history from a Liyuean teacher. Some of you might know him, some of you may have never heard of him, but I could really care less. In any case, we'll go back to learning as before in a few days. Any questions before I leave?" Ms. Kujou crossed her arms.

Hearing the class be peacefully silent for a few seconds, Ms. Kujou said, looking towards the door,
"Alright, You may come in, Mr. Zhongli."

That name got a lot of people to start chatting, Ms. Kujou looked fed up as Mr. Zhongli walked into the classroom.

"THIS. is Mr. Zhongli." Ms. Kujou began with a loud voice, it was enough to get everyone to shut up. "I'm sure many of you have heard of him. One of you even studied under him for some time."

The 'one of you' in question smiled again, Thoma couldn't help but find it adorable now that he saw Ayato smile so much.

"Please take over, Mr. Zhongli." Ms. Kujou said with a hidden message;

They're getting on my nerves.

Alas, Ms. Kujou left, and here was Mr. Zhongli who had started teaching after wishing everyone in Inazuman. Everyone was so surprised to hear him say that. Thoma was trying his best to NOT fail the Inazuman class since he only learnt it a little when he was a kid. And the reason is a story for another time. He could only understand a few parts before Mr. Zhongli started speaking in English.

"As most of you may know... or, well, in this modern age, believe, there exist a total of 7 deities who rule over the nations of our Tevyat. These 7 deities are unknown to the general public, only their names are somewhat known. And as you may have guessed, our school's sections refer to their respective headmasters with the deities' name. Barbatos for the Mondstadtian section, the retired Morax, or Rex Lapis for the Liyuean section, the Raiden Shogun for the Inazuman section, Lesser Lord Kusanali or just Kusanali for the Sumerian section, Focalores for the section called Fontaine, Murata for the Natlan section and at last, The Tsaritsa for the Snezhnayan section." Mr. Zhongli took a pause, checking if everyone was paying attention.

He let out a slight smile and Thoma swore he heard little whispers the second he did. Whatever... Mr. Zhongli continued,

"These names originally belonged only to the Archons of these actual Nations. These Archons now cooperate with their governments. Our school's student council system works like this as well, with the exception of Liyue. The knights of Favonius are akin to the student council of Favonius, The student council of the Inazuman section works just like how the tri-commission works in the nation of Inazuma. The three council presidents take turns in the spotlight just like how the tri commissions do. But these are things you know very well of, I'd assume."
