"Poisoned or Madness? Am I Dreaming???"
~°~•~°~•~°~•Pain burst through my back as freezing air surrounded me. Iradelius frantically shouted but I couldn't hear anything as my mind seemed to freeze over. The pain and cold felt as if it was tearing me apart as my own heartbeat slowed. What is happening? I can't open my eyes or move due to how cold they are but something felt very wrong...
For a moment everything was still... I didn't feel pain and it felt as if I was on a cloud... Then something struck my side abruptly. Opening my eyes slightly I could see a boot in my ribs before I was flung off. The pain felt far worse than my back as I slammed into something behind me. I felt something sharp cut across my hand but I couldn't hear anything...
Everything began to blur again. The man who kicked me stalked towards me before bending down to gaze into my eyes. Of course it would be him... Snape... He looked delighted to see me. He even played with my hair as Tara appeared behind him with terrified eyes. Snape didn't think twice to backhand her before he soundlessly began to speak. Tara laid motionless by the feet of two other men as blood pooled from her mouth.
I let my eyes close from the familiar sight. It's odd how quiet things became after that. I could feel everything yet hear nothing... Why was this happening? Suddenly I could feel a hand on my neck and something pressed against my thigh. I opened my eyes slightly to see Snape leering over me with a twisted smile. What is he-
Pain scorched my lower body as something pushed into me. His smile grew far larger than I'd ever hope to see. I could see something move behind him... It was Tara.... I felt sick to my stomach as Snape did as he pleased. Tara looked stunned even as blood dripped from her mouth and nose. To her I must look pathetic... I have no power to stop any of this... Hell, I can't even move! Yet I'm supposed to be strong... I'm such a disgrace!!!
I tried to close my eyes to block out all of this nightmare but Snape was having none of it. Each time I closed my eyes for too long he would slam into me. It hurt so much... There was no pleasure at all... He just wanted to break me in every way possible... This would do it... As long as I never have to suffer like this again then I will gladly do anything to make this stop!
"Is this really your worst nightmare?" I snapped my eyes open at that voice. It couldn't be him... The pain disappeared except for the burning in my back as everything stopped around me. I watched a shadow appear behind Snape who didn't move an inch. "You fear not being able to move from those who will harm you and others, right?" Jack spoke softly before glancing at me with crimson red eyes.
"This... Did you-"
"I only conjured up your darkest fears. This is what your true nightmare looks like... I'm sorry if it appeared to be far too real but this needed to be done. I need to know your weaknesses if I'm going to protect you."
Protect me? Seeing me getting violated is going to help him protect me?! What the hell is wrong with this man?!?! As much as I wanted to kill him right now I couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't the real reason behind his actions.
"Let me explain something to you. Firstly I don't want you doing anything like this anymore regardless of the reasoning behind it. Secondly I don't take kindly to being lied to. You did this for some sort of personal reason as well and I'm not happy about that. Thirdly, I want out of this. It's not real and I would appreciate it if you would let me return to the living world." Though my voice didn't hold any emotions, that doesn't mean that I blocked them out. Part of me struggled to maintain my composure while the other half fought the urge to attack him...
Suddenly everything disappeared around us until we stood in a black abyss... No this isn't an abyss... Tree's began to sprout from the darkness to my dismay. I watched as a thin layer of land formed below our feet, water rushed around us to create streams, and mountains grew in the distance. This is far beyond what anyone could have imagined... The sky remained black even though a crescent moon suddenly appeared above us.
