I woke up feeling the sunshine skipping through the window and into my eyes, i took a deep breath and there was some kind of flowery scent and it felt so nice and calming, i felt some weight and warmth on my chest, i open my eyes to see selena's head on my chest, I couldn't help it but smile at her as i rest my head back on the pillow and close my eyes just then she start moving and burying her closer to my neck while taking a deep breath then sigh slightly when i held her closer, not a moment longer till she gasps and pulled herself away from my arms and set up on the bed making me set up to see what's wrong with her
"Hey, hey, hey!" She said annoyed yet lazily "wake up and take your arms off of me already!" I open my eyes to see her, her hair cover half of her face while it fell on aside, as messy as it was she looked cute "didn't i told you to not get past this line"
"You the one who crossed it, see here's your line" i draw a straight line between us where her invisible line imaginary was at "i'm on my side of the bed. You the one who crossed it" i roll my eyes while she stare at me for a moment then pushed her hair back while she faced forward
"I was sleeping so i had nothing with it" she mumble under her breath, i sniff another scent in the air, pancakes
"The scent of the pancakes is all the way to here"
"Mom is probably awake and she made breakfast for us" she look at me, god she looks so pretty without even trying
"How about we back to sleep to our previous position" i got closer while smirking at her and pulled her arm gently, i could see her cheeks becoming bright pink as she smile shyly
"No, let me go" she pulled her arm off of my hand "let's get out together to see mom" she get off the bed quickly, i sigh as i get up, what was i thinking? She's not gonna jump into my arms as long as she's conscious.
When i went to the kitchen selena and her mom had everything on the table and ready
"Good morning, mom"
"Good morning, honey"
"You didn't need to make breakfast by yourself"
"It's nothing sweetie. C'mon let's eat together" i smile at her as she set down
"Oh the newspapers of today are here already" i grab the newspaper off the table as i set and open it to see what's in there
"Justin, don't read news before breakfast" selena soft voice cut my thoughts, she tried to take the papers off my hands
"Babe i'll read one article at least" i said when i found something interesting
"Justin, not in front of mom. Please take it away" she was making a weird face and now that i see her face i noticed that her voice have some weird tone
"Selena honey, let him be"
"Justin, this is rude" she raise her eyebrows as she keep taping on the back of the papers
"I get it, i get it, why so-" she had her fingers pointing at the pic of us the other night with ashley and Dylan which made my eyes widen at the headline had "Love bomb" written right above the picture, oh crap, oh shit
"What's wrong" Mandy look at us confused
"Nothing. Selena is right, i'm sorry i won't read the papers before breakfast" i grab it and put it under my elbow on the table
"what's wrong is someone died? Who died?"
"Nothing, no one is dead, they're talking about the companies and other boring stuff that are not interesting at all, don't worry"
"Oh" she let out a smile as i eat some pancakes "i still wanna read the papers"
"No need mom" i mumble with my mouth half full
"I didn't get the chance to read it this morning so let me see" she tried to take it but i kept my elbow pressed on it but it slip out and Selena grabbed it before her mom could take it
"Mom there's nothing interesting in there please stop grabbing it" we started pulling it all three of us to different directions me and Selena to take it away and throw it or burn it before Mandy finds out and kill us both, while Mandy pulling it to read it, finally Selena and i won it and i took it while Selena let me take it
"Mom leave it for now at least" before we know it my cup of tea fell on the papers making us gasps
"Oh my godness" her mom said
"Oh well now no one of us can read it anymore. I'll throw it away" i stand up as Selena did the same "c'mon babe you should wash yourself, the tea fell on you too" i told Selena as she played along cause the tea didn't fell on her at all
"You two are so weird" i heard Mandy mumbling after we get out of the kitchen. Selena was punching the doorframe of our bathroom when i throw the newspaper in our bathroom trash
"What are we gonna do!" She sigh in frustration as she punch the doorframe "my mom is gonna know"
"Hey, you will hurt yourself so stop it" i turn her so she face me "calm down she didn't read it and she won't be able to cause i've tore it to pieces and throw it in the trash"
"It's probably all over the town now, everyone who knows us will know and she's gonna hear it or see it somewhere"
"What do you want me to do, huh? Go all over the country and gather all the newspapers and throw it away?" She sigh as she faced the doorframe while pushing her hair backward, oh crap
"Selena"
"What?!" She hissed looking at me
"Do you think ashley's dad saw the news? He gonna kill me and shoot me down "
"Oh my god" her eyes went wide, if i don't know her well i'd say she's worried but she's probably thinking of killing me already "pray that he don't see the news! Pray!" She walk off as i sigh, i'm in load of troubles, god why these stuff keep happening to me.
We stayed in the house while watching tv, and of course we couldn't watch anything other than national geographic cause the news of the that night would be all over the tv as well
"He's gonna attack him, c'mon lion eat him up" i was cheering for the lion to attack the horse
"I can't watch them anymore" Mandy cover her eyes
"I love horses so i don't wanna see that attack" Selena shrugs
"Selena honey isn't there anything els you watch at this time?"
"The tv is boring at this time" she flip the channel to another animals channel where they had small puppies feeding from their mother "aww they're so cute and tiny" Selena said in a cute baby voice
"Yea they're cute" her mom smile in relief
"How cute" i smile at the puppies
"I gotta go now" Mandy said
"Where" Selena shrugs
"To Lilly, she's probably waiting for me" her phone ring "see" she answer it "hello, Lilly" she smile "yea...yea.." She nodded "okay, i'm coming now, i'll see you in minutes" she hang up "i gotta go"
"At least let us drop you" i said when Selena panic, she's so scared that her mom would see the news somewhere so i have to do something
"Okay" she got up as Selena smile and get up while pulling her hand for a high five, i let out a smile as i got up and high five her.
