Today was Sofias dress fitting for her sisters wedding which was in a week so that meant she had the day off work.

Her sister lives on the other side of London so it's a little bit difficult to get to especially when Sofias car has broke down a few days before, so now needed repairs, and is nearly 28 weeks pregnant.

It was moments like that she wished she had a boyfriend or they lived closer to her but she can't help things that aren't possible at this moment in time.

The appointment was set for 1pm and it was currently 10am when Sofia was getting ready.

She decided she needed to leave at 11am if she wanted to get there in time.

She threw on some leggings and a jumper as it was cold outside before straightening her hair and just putting some basic makeup on to make her feel more pretty.

Sofia was confident in her body but when she was about to enter the third and final trimester, she did not.

Before she leaves her apartment she grabs her book and AirPods so she can read or listen to some music on the underground.

She has to go on multiple lines to get to her sisters house, as her sister was driving her there, but when she gets there her sister was just about to leave the house.

"Hey bitch." Sofia wraps her arms around her sisters neck as her bump presses into her sister stomach.

"Heyy. I can't believe your almost 7 months pregnant already and won't tell me who the dad is." Sofia didn't really know what to say as she didn't know the father of her child either.

"I know, it's gone by so quickly." She laughs before they get into the car and leave for the bridal shop.

"So your not still not going to tell me who the father is?" She sighs before glancing over to her little sister.

"Um, I was raped and became pregnant as a result of it." She swallows and looks down at her lap before her sisters hand rests on hers.

"I'm so sorry, I had no clue." She pulls the car over and hugs her sister to make sure she's ok.

"It's fine, I didn't tell you. Anyways, are you excited to get married?" She chuckles before beginning to drive again.

"Yeah, I'm just nervous." Sofia smiles before they sit in a comfortable silence for the rest of the journey.

When they got there everyone was waiting for them which made Sofia feel a little guilty for taking so long.

Whilst the bridesmaids where being fitted for their dresses, Sofia sat on the sofa with a bottle of water as she couldn't have the champagne.

Since Sofia was the maid of honour, she was wearing a different colour dress to the others but only slightly.

Her little sister has decided on a beige satin dress for them with a deep plunge neck line, thin straps and slit up the left leg to show off the shoes they were wearing.

"You all look gorgeous." Sofia says as the baby begins to kick and bring her some discomfort.

"Now it's your time." Her sister says excitedly before helping her up.

"I don't think I'm going to fit in a satin dress." She chuckles before her sister shakes her head.

"I know, and your not going to. Your wearing a different fabric and a darker shade." The shopping assistant who has been helping them all day brings out a dark brown dress for her to try on.

"I don't think that'll fit over my bump." She chuckles as the dress is placed against her.

"I have something that might work, it's more black that brown though." They both agree as she goes to fetch the dress.

Sofia had just got to her apartment block and she was so tired.

She walked in and got into the lift and as she got her floor she groaned at herself.

Just before they left her little sister asked if she had found someone to bring as a date to her wedding and Sofia stupidly said yeah but she doesn't nor does she have someone that could pretend.

She glanced at Bens door thinking she could ask him before shaking her head at herself and goes into her apartment.

Ben heard her groan out loud and slam her door which made him confused and worried for his neighbour.

He decided to go over and make sure she was ok as he knew she was pregnant and he didn't want anything to happen to either of them even if he hadn't seen her since she came knock on his door.

When he knocks on her door, she soon opens to the door visibly tense but when she sees Ben standing in front of her, she relaxes and smiles at him.

"Hey, what's up?"

"I heard you slam your door and I wanted to make sure everything was ok." She invited him in before deciding to rant to him even if he was basically a strange.

"You won't care if I just rant do you?" He shakes his head before sitting on the sofa letting Sofia rant to him. "Basically it's my sisters wedding in a week and I told her I have a boyfriend to bring for a date but I don't so now I have no clue what I'm going to do."

"I could always go with you." Sofia laughs not meaning to sound rude but she though it was joke. "What? I'm not joking."

"Oh, I mean you could but I wouldn't ask you to do that-" Ben cuts her off before she can start to ramble.

"You didn't ask, I offered."

"Only if your sure." She smiles as Ben nods his head in agreement. "Thank you so much, your a lifesaver I owe you one." She wraps her arms around his torso.

Except Ben didn't want her to owe him anything, he just wanted her to like him so that then maybe one day they could be together.
