STRANGE [ben chilwell]

Sofia gave birth almost 4 months ago now and everything was going perfect.

Bambi slept almost all night and barely ever cried, she's the prettiest and most perfect baby.

Ben was also helping Sofia where he could but with him going back after his injury, how much he could help had recently declined and because he wasn't the biological dad, he couldn't take any paternity leave.

Sofia woke up to the sound of her baby giggling for the other side of her room. She got out of bed and walked to where Bambis cot was until she was old enough to sleep in her nursery.

She decided to paint the nursery white so the theme of purity ran through it.

"Good morning my baby girl." Sofia took her out of her cot and picked her up. "Are you ok?"

She places the baby on her hip and bounces her up and down which makes Bambi smile from ear to ear.

She was generally quite a happy baby which Sofia loved because it made that much cuter.

Sofia took her into the kitchen to get herself a drink before letting Bambi have her morning feed.

As she was feeding her, Ben knocked on her door.

"Come in." She shouted, not wanting to move from the couch in case she disrupted Bambi.

"Oh sorry." Ben covered his eyes as soon as he notices his girlfriend feeding her baby on the couch.

And yes, you read that right. Ben and Sofia are officially together. He had asked her when they were taking Bambi home from the hospital.

It wasn't a big gesture at all but it was a cute moment between the pair which they both adored.

"It's fine." She giggles as Ben slowly uncovers his eyes and strolls over to her as she gestures for him to go closer to them. "It's nothing you haven't see before."

Ben smirked as he sat her to his girlfriend and kisses her deeply.

When Bambi realised Ben was sitting next to her, she stopped feeding and pushed off Sofias chest so she could get to Ben.

They had formed a bond which Sofia admired and was very thankful for.

Ben smiled as he took the baby out of her hands and held her close to his chest.

Bambi smiled lightly before resting her head on his chest a little and closing her eyes.

"Are you coming to Cobham today?" Ben asked as he remembered something that Sofia had mentioned the day previous.

"Um yeah, graham wants to meet with me about something." She fake cheered before standing up to get ready.

Thomas was recently sacked for his managerial role at Chelsea so Graham potter had taken over the team and he wanted to meet her so he knew how long she would be off for.

Sofia was employed under Thomas so she was classed as Thomas social media manager so she was worried about if Graham would keep her on or not.

"Stop overthinking it, he'll meet you and immediately want to keep you on because you just do loveable." She smiles at him before kissing him deeply and getting ready for the day.

Before she walked in her room to get ready, she glanced back and saw Ben playing peek a boo with Bambi on the sofa.

All she needed was Bambi and Ben.

Ben drove down to Cobham whilst Sofia and Bambi were sat in the back.

Sofia had decided to stay at Cobham for the rest of the day to watch Ben train as they had never been there at the same time before today.

"It'll be weird going back."

"Well your not going back properly, your just watching me train." He winks at her in the mirror with a smirk on his face which makes her blush slightly but she doesn't know why.

They pulled up and the car park was empty as no one was here yet because Sofia wanted to be early to show a good impression.

"Why are we here so early?" Ben loved how prepared she was but he wondered why so early.

"So Bambi isn't left by herself mainly." Sofia got out of the car before unbuckling her baby and held her to her chest whilst Ben got her pram out of the boot.

They walk in and find that the only two people who are there are potter and one of the cleaners.

"Ben, your nice and early." Potter laughs before noticing Sofia standing behind him.

"Hey, I'm Sofia." She smiles before shaking potters hand with her free hand that isn't supporting a baby.

"Your the reason he's extra early aren't you?" She laughed and nodded her head before placing Bambi in her pram.

"She really is." Ben confirmed which made Potter chuckle before he takes Bambi on a tour or the training ground whilst Sofia talks to potter.

"I get you were Thomas' head of social media, right?" Sofia confirmed that before Potter continued. "Right ok, I don't have any social media staff to bring here with me so the job is all yours, if that's ok with you."

"Of course, that's amazing. Thank you." In that moment she stood up, from her seated position, and hugged Potter.

"Your very welcome, and don't worry about rushing back after your maternity leave is over." He smiles at the girl before they walk out and see Ben sitting there, moving the pram to calm Bambi.

All Sofia needed to do was just nod her head slightly and smile for Ben to understand what she meant.

"See? I told you there's nothing to worry about." She smiled and kisses him before sitting next to him.

Maybe everything was going how she hoped...for now.
