After Saturday nights actions, Aziyah layed in bed the next day trying to recover. She was exhausted to say they least but enjoyed the moments from that night.
Doing nothing at all that Saturday, she was cuddled up with her boyfriend and dog spending quality time in each other's presence.
It was now Monday and to say she was not excited to continue to look for properties was an understatement. Even though she didn't want to do anything today, she decided to push herself no matter how tired she was.
While getting dressed she had gotten a text message from Travon telling her he had left some roses on the kitchen table and that he was now at work for the day.
Smiling at the romantic gesture she finished dressing and headed down to feed Blanco. Grabbing the roses she set them in a vase with some water so they wouldn't wither away quickly.
Then she took a picture with the vase and Blanco, sending to Travon to let him know she had seen the note.
Grabbing paperwork she had made her way to meet her real estate friend again to look at the properties she had once seen to make her final decision.
Once she had made it down there, she greeted her friend Tonya and began walking and talking while looking at the properties.
"These are so nice but I think I'm going to go wit the third one we had seen. Everything seems up to date and more modern which is the look I'm going for" she said to Tonya.
"Girl, I was hoping you would pick this one. It's the best on the market right now but people aren't willing to buy it because of the price." Tonya replied back.
"How much is this place again?" Aziyah questioned.
"Well the down payment on this property is $90,000 but if you wanted to pay in full it would be $275,000. I believe that it is worth the price because it's two stories, modern flooring and all, an updated plumbing system, and it's more than 20 rooms with more than enough space in them"
"Girlllll you really are good at what you do because now I'm ready to pay in full" Aziyah said while they soon laughed together.
"Thanks babe but I'm going to lower the price for you because I know you been working on this for the longest and I wanted to know if I could be your first employee" Tonya said with a smile on her face.
"Of courseee, I really appreciate you so much girl" Aziyah replied while they went in for a hug.
As they discussed the price it went down $50,000 dollars and with the help of Travon she purchased her now realtor agency. Proud of herself was an understatement she was ecstatic and excited for what was going to happen next.
Deciding to go visit her parents and tell them the good news, she made her way down there letting them know she was coming.
