Tanav and Sira arrived at the court along with their attorney Mr. Bansal. Shanti and the others were already there to defend their case. Mr. Bansal was in his early 50's and was a well-known advocate. Even though Tanav hired the greatest of attorneys for the case, Laya and Rakshitha weren't to stop until their best friend was found and given justice. Laya took up the case, though she was pregnant as they were not ready to trust anyone. Vikram, Shanti, and others were already in the court, when Tanav and Sira arrived with their attorney. Mr. Bansal was astonished to see Laya walking in wearing a black lawyer's coat. When Sira and Tanav noticed him getting uncomfortable, they enquired about him. He continued to stare at Laya and replied, "I didn't anticipate Laya to take up the matter."
"What's wrong with her taking the case?" Sira wondered. "She is Adira's friend; therefore, it goes without saying that she will pursue the matter no matter what" she said to Mr. Bansal.
While Laya and Rakshitha reassured Shanti that everything would be OK, who was concerned about the court's notification. The cops forbade any journalists from approaching them when they arrived at the court. Rakshitha, Laya, and the rest soon made their way into the courtroom.
As soon as the judge walked in, the case was presented. "Your honor, my client Mr. Tanav Khanna is here to recover what he owns," Mr. Bansal said as he stood up. "He wants to take over his wife's business now that she has passed away" he said.
When the police still couldn't locate enough evidence to proclaim Adira dead, Laya sturdily defended the case, and they were given their next date.
Everyone walked out of the courtroom after it was adjourned. Shanti was bawling her eyes out, "She left us for this useless moron. She made a huge blunder in judging him." she said, sobbing. "She was always awful at making decisions" Vikram muttered while balling his fists, his dissatisfaction was evident despite his attempts to cover it. Laya and Rakshitha remained silent. To safeguard Adira's possessions and bring Tanav down, they had their own strategies. Laya made an effort to console them before sending them to Adira's guest house.
Ishaan and Swetha joined Laya and Rakshitha as they awaited Adira's parents' departure. Tanav went to his villa with Sira, while the others went to Rakshitha's residence. With a bat in hand, Tanav stormed through the massive wooden door of his home in a frenzy of wrath, smashing everything. Tanav took a break and stared at Sira, whose face was painted with dread all over. Sira was speechless upon witnessing his fury. He walked towards her yelling, "LOCATE HER SIRA! I WANT ADIRA, FIND HER NOW!". She was startled and almost went blank, "Why... Why do you need her, baby?" She said and tried to change his mood by saying, "I'm right here for you," but that was a terrible thing to say at that time. Tanav pushed her away, saying, "I don't want to think about my boy in my pants right now. That woman hurt my ego, and I want my control back. Now let me gently remind you, Sira, she damaged your little ego in the worst way. She damaged it way too horribly than me. And you know that if she had given our marriage a chance, you would not have gotten any of these. Now, be a good girl and ask your slaves to find her." Tanav said before leaving. That reminded Sira staying with someone who rejected her shattered her ego yet again. She was aware of the unpleasant truth Tanav had just uttered in front of her, but she chose to ignore it. If Adira were in front of her right now, Sira would kill her, with her own two hands, because she was going crazy, just by the thought that Tanav still has feelings for Adira. Sira entered her room, pulled out a phone from her drawer, and made a call. She yelled," Noel" as soon as he picked up the call.
Ishaan was installing the phone trackers at Rakshitha's place, Swetha and Laya were discussing the case while having their coffees.
As soon as the junior officer remarked, "Sir, there's a call from Tanav's villa, but we are unable to determine the location of the receiver".Ishaan received the call from the cyber office. Ishaan immediately played the call and asked Laya and Swetha to join him so they could also hear the conversation. He played the recording and turned up the volume.
