It was 8:30 PM when Sophitia Knight, age 26 (a Meteorologist) discovered a new hurricane like no other. According to Sophitia, the wind speed is way higher than Category 5, there’ll be a thunderstorm too and it’ll hit the entire country of the United States in December 21, 2013. Now she knows she must warn the President to prepare and to make sure everybody in the United States is safe and will be in safe hands during December 21. She grabs her information packets about the hurricane and leaves to the White House.
Sophitia power walks in the entrance of the White house; two security guards stopped her and asked, “Miss, May we see some ID before we let you in?” “Sorry I don’t have it on me right now but I have some important things…” One of the guards had interrupted her. “Sorry mam, if you don’t have any ID I can’t let you in. I suggest you turn around” She walks inside her car and sees her ID on the passenger seat . She quickly grabs it and runs to the guards. “Here, you want ID, here it is! Now please I must see the President.” The guards let her inside and she power walks looking for the president.
“Mr. Obama!” she had notice he was in a meeting but nothing was more important than trying to survive and protect the entire U.S. “Sorry but I have some important things I have to say…” “Miss I’m in a meeting now, if you don’t leave I have to call security.” Sophitia couldn’t take waiting anymore so she just blew out what she had to say. “Forget about the meeting, we’re all going to die if you don’t do something about the hurricane that’s going to hit the United States!” Sophitia got everybody’s attention in the room. Obama looked more concerned, “Miss what’s your name?” “Sophitia Knight.” “Miss Knight, come with me. We have some things I need to ask you.”
Sophitia had sat down in Obama’s office, she felt nervous. Obama calmly sits in his chair and starts asking questions. “So you study Meteorology, am I right?” “Yes, I’m a meteorologist.” “Tell me more about this hurricane on this diagram you were talking about.” Sophitia took a deep breath getting ready to tell him everything he needed to know. “Okay, there’s a new hurricane stronger then Katrina, that’s coming to the United States in December 21. There will be odd weather changes like high and low temperatures, lightning, thunder, and possibly tornados in some parts of the states but those things will happen before the hurricane hits. Obama we must prepare for this moment, what will you do?” Obama pointed a finger to his head thinking. “Sophitia, we must not let the public know what’s happening. Besides I won’t be able to save everyone. There’s not enough money to make bunkers for everyone, so here’s what I had in mind. I’m only going to save the young people under 50. The rest will be announced shortly.

Sophitia was home eating cereal with her family. Her Grandma, Husband,(Jorden Knight) and her two sons(Kevin Knight and Johnny Knight) were watching CNN. A weather girl had said, “President Barack Obama has announced he will start giving phone calls to certain random people to stay inside his special bunkers in Washington. You have to be under the age of 50 to go. If you lie about your age, then you will deal with some serious consequences.” “What….what…….what!” Her grandma was crying for a very long time. She knew she was going to die. Sophitia tried to calm her down, “grandma you are not going to die, I’ll make sure of it. If there’s a possibility that you can’t make it, I’ll stay with you under the sun. We’ll be in heaven forever, together. Never forget that ma.” Sophitia was also about to cry but she hid her tears. Apparently, they did get the random phone call, they were lucky Sophitia was a meteorologist or they would’ve probably not got the call. They all packed up their things to leave.

Sophitia and her family were taking on a helicopter to Washington. Before they landed, Sophitia thought about the kids she taught not that long ago. She wonders if they will remember her and the lessons she teaches like the percentage of oxygen on Earth, How weather forecast are used and the eye of and hurricane and etc. Before they landed, it was already too late. The hurricane was already starting terrible on the west coast. “Mom! Help me my leg is stuck on the door!” her youngest son Johnny’s sweat pants got stuck in the helicopter door. “Hold on Johnny don’t move I’m coming to get you!” It was so foggy and the air mass was pushing Sophitia away but she managed to get Johnny. She cut part of his sweats to free him. “Johnny go in the bunker now!” “Why aren’t you coming mom!?” “Johnny listen to me, it’s too late for me. now go! I love you!” In about 2 seconds, Johnny witness seeing his mother blown away by the wind. “Mom!” As fast as possible, the husband gripped Johnny inside the bunker and a soldier locked the door. After the terror, Obama had announced to the people that he was sorry for not planning this earlier but he did mention Sophitia’s name as a hero. She manages to safe most people life and most importantly, she ran back to safe her son. He decided to name the hurricane after Sophitia’s name so everybody will remember her name.
