Hangover

Y/n's Pov:
A sudden pain shot through my body causing me to open my eyes but I immediately shut them at the sudden brightness making me flinch. I slowly sat up grunting as I rubbed my eyes, "drink this" I heard in front of me causing me to flinch, I looked to see who was talking and it was Severus, I felt like a idiot for jumping but I nodded grabbing the cup he held in front of me. He sat down on the side of the bed, "I didn't mean to startle you.." he said in a soft voice making me feel calmer, I shook my head softly "it's fine..I didn't mean to jump.." I said looking down at the cup, "that's supposed to help with your hangover." He said calmly, I bit my lip remembering last night as a pain shot through my head causing me to touch my head. I quickly gulped down the tea Severus made to stop the pounding headache taking over. Severus grabbed the cup once I finished walking away for a moment then came back in the room sitting next to me again. I fiddled with my hands trying to figure out which of the many questions he was going to ask me, how and where did I get the alcohol, why I drank as much as I did, why did I come to him, why did I expose so much of my feelings to him!? "How are you feeling today?" He asked me, I froze at his question, why would he ask that? Didn't he want to know the more important things? I looked up at him and he had a look of tiredness and sadness, i could tell last night took a big toll on him. "What?" I asked in a whisper shocked at his question, I looked me deep in the eyes, "I asked how are you feeling today?" He said, I looked down to avoid his gaze, I don't think anyone has ever asked me that before? "F-fine...?" I said in a whisper, I felt him place a hand on top of mine causing me to look up at him. "Y/n, you can trust me" he said with a calm comforting voice, I bit down on my lip to try and stop the tears I could feel building up. I took a deep breath to calm myself and spoke "I feel.." I looked down at what I was wearing realizing I was in last nights clothes causing me to feel sick. "Disgusting..I need to change out of my clothes" I said causing him to raise his eyebrow at my random statement, "right, you've slept all day in those clothes." He said standing up, I looked at him shocked then looked for a clock, it was already 4!? I looked over at Severus, "the bathrooms over here, I'll get you some spare clothes." He said making me bite my lip, I pulled the blankets off me and pulled my legs over the edge of the bed, I looked down noticing the bruises from him..fuck, I snapped out of my thoughts looking up at Severus who looked tensed, I don't know why? I stood up but my legs instantly felt weak causing me to fall on the floor. I felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist pulling me up, I looked up as Severus held me against his chest holding me up. I bit on my lip feeling myself grow warmer at his touch. "Um...I'll help you" he said as I noticed his cheeks turn a slight shade of red making me feel warmer. I nodded as he helped me walk to the bathroom, once we got in I grabbed the counter for support as he let go making me feel suddenly cold. "I'll go retrieve your clothes now" he said clearing his throat as he quickly walked away shutting the door leaving me standing alone in the bathroom. I looked down taking in a deep breath trying to regain myself, I quickly took off my clothes and turned on the bath trying to get in before he came back so he wouldn't walk in on me naked. The bath filled with hot water causing me to calm down as the steam hit my face. Once the bath was filled I sat down in it sinking into the water covering my cold weak body. I heard a nock on the door causing me to sit up out from under the water, I quickly covered myself "come in-" I said quietly worried he didn't hear me. He slowly opened the door walking over to the counter placing the clothes and towel down and turning to me, he stopped having a weird look on his face. "What?" I asked pulling myself closer worried he saw something, "y-you're bleeding-" he said, I looked at him weird and looked down to see the water had then slightly red. I quickly thought of what it could be then I remembered what it was causing me to gasp. I felt a hand on my shoulder causing me to snap out of my thoughts, I looked over seeing a worried Severus, I took a deep breath calming myself. "R-right..I-I forgot.." I said looking away. I felt his hand slip away as he stood up, "when you're done here I'll patch you up." He said clearing his through as he walked away leaving me in the bathroom alone again. I felt the tears build up as soon as he left remembering last night, I cover my mouth as I felt tears fall down my face feeling my body shake terrified again. I quietly cried into my knees not wanting to ever leave the bath. After the bath started feeling less warm I drained the bath as I grabbed the towel. I dried myself off then slipped on the clothes he gave me, I could tell they were his old clothes and they made me feel better because they smelt like him. He gave me a black shirt that was clearly too big for me so it hung pretty low, and a pair of his old sweats. I slowly opened the door peaking out noticing him sitting on his couch with a first aid kit next to him while he was reading a book. I took a deep breath in and out and stepped out walking over to Severus quietly. He didn't notice me walk up and I tied moving my feet to try and get his attention but it wasn't working. I pouted to myself failing at getting his attention, i looked at him noticing he mumbles to himself when he's alone making me laugh to myself at him fully focused. I walked closer poking his arm causing him to quickly snap out of his trance as he looked at me shocked, I gave him a small smile, "sorry.." I said as he cleared his throat, "no no it's fine, I shouldn't have zoned out like that-" he said looking at me clearly flustered making me smile more. He looked over next to him and grabbed the first aid, "here, sit" he said as I begin walking over and carefully sitting down. I looked up at him not realizing how close our faces where causing me to grow warmer. He scratched his face while looking at me then started opening the first aid kit, sense the shirt was big on me it was easy for me to just move the collar of the shirt over my shoulder to expose my collarbone to be bandaged easier. I held onto it afraid to expose something on accident. I heard him take a deep breath in as he looked down at me causing me to feel embarrassed. I felt him freeze as he placed a hand carefully on my collarbone carefully rubbing a finger under the injury. "This looks like a bite mark.." he said making me tense at his words, I bit down on my lip trying to calm myself. "Did someone bite you Y/n!?" He said worriedly making me pull my hand away scared, "What!? N-No!!" I said looking away scared to see Severus reaction, I felt a hand on mine making me look back with a fake smile but I could tell it didn't work on him. "Y/n, if someone hurt you..you can tell me!" He said giving me a reassuring smile but I could feel the anxiety already building up causing me to stand up quickly. "No no no no!!Everything's fine!! I'll just do to myself!!" I said grabbing the first aid kit as I turned to walk away, I felt him grab my wrists causing me to yelp as they were still sensitive from last night. He softened his grip and looked at me worried, "Y/n..please tell me what happened" he said grabbing the first aid kit from my grip as I felt tears building up. "I-..I don't know..." he placed a hand gently on my cheek making me feel calmer, "you can trust me Y/n" he said softly, I hit my lip and looked at him nervously, "I just don't want you to think I'm lying.." I said, I saw his expression grow more worrisome. "Y/n, I will believe you..you can trust me" he said making me feel more comfortable but still scared. I looked at him then down to not see his expression, I closed my eyes trying not to think how mad he'll be at me. "I was hanging out with my new friend..but then..he found me again..he pulled me to this room pinning me on the bed.." I felt him rub his thumb on my cheek making me realize I had started crying and he was wiping my tears. "I tried to scream but nothing came out..I tried to fight him off I swear..I tried really hard.." I said now sobbing, "please just believe me!! I was saying no!! I said no! He forced me!!" I started screaming remembering how no one has ever believed me. I felt him pull me into a hug causing me to jump and open my eyes remembering I was talking with Severus. He rubbed my back calming me down, "it's ok Y/n..I believe you...I believe you sweetheart." He said making me sob more, I covered my face in his chest sobbing as he comforted me. After I calmed down we sat on his bed as he bandaged my collarbone as I leaned against him. After setting down the bandages he wrapped his arms around me pulling me into his chest as he rubbed my arms. I felt calmer and safer when he held me, I have never felt like this before, I looked up at him and I could tell he was sadden by what I told him but he worried for me. I leaned against his chest and listened to his heart, I gripped onto his chest scared to leave his presence. He begin to rub my back, "shh shh, it's ok now, you're safe now Y/n.." he said making me feel a bit better. I looked up at him and he gave me a reassuring smile, I tried to smile and leaned up and kissed his jaw as a thank you. He kept his arms resting on my waist as he looked at me, I looked at him not knowing what to say. "I..just wanted to thank you for everything..." I said looking down now feeling embarrassed, he moved one of his hands to my face rubbing my cheek making me feel nice. "If it means helping you I'll help you in anyway I can." He said making me look up at him feeling myself grow warmer. I gave him a small smile "thank you Severus.." I said, he smiled at me and I could tell he was thinking about something. "You don't have to because I'd never want to force you to do something but.." he begin to speak, I tilted my head waiting for what he was going to say, "I think in order to help...again you don't have to.. but I think you should talk with Dumbledore." I felt my heart drop when he said that, what if he doesn't help, what if it makes things worse..what if he doesn't believe me!? I thought, I felt Severus squeeze my shoulder making me look at him, "you don't have to worry about him not believing you, he's here to help not make things worse Y/n." He said making me bite my lip, I looked down, "but what if.." I said feeling tears build up. I felt him place his hand back on my face rubbing it to make me feel better "you don't have to if you don't want to Y/n..but if you did he'd help you Y/n.." he said making me feel a bit calmer as he comforted me. "Can you be with me?" I asked, he smiled "I'll never leave you're side Y/n." He said making me feel better. I hugged him thanking him as he rubbed my back, "we'll talk with him tomorrow" he said, I drugged my face into his chest to calm myself...yah tomorrow...
