*Still at the café*
Mira rolled her eyes and sat in a chair in front of him.
"Let's get to the reason why we are here" she said, getting straight to the point. "I have a lot of questions. I met a man at my house yesterday, who was he? Who are you? What do you want from me? Also I..." Mira slowed down as she got surprised by the way she talked to him. A stranger for that matter. For a long time she hadn't said so much words to anyone but Tara.
The place remained filled with an akward silence for a while. He then cleared his throat and said,
"The man you met at your house is my secretary. I see he delivered the message"
°he sure did° Mira thought.
"Like you said, let's get to the reason why we are here...." he took a short pause before proceeding. "Lets get married."
Mira's eyes widened in surprise and he looked at her like hadn't just said what she thought she heard.
She laughed hysterically, after regaining her composure.
"Let's get things straight. I met you for the first time today and you expect me to marry you just like that. What do you take me for, a fool? " Mira said, clearly annoyed
He ignored her statement and said "as you know, your father is the CEO of Tasset and...."
Mira interrupted
"Oh, so you're stalking me now. Oh my God! I have an official stalker now. I Knew this was a bad idea. Why would I marry someone I obviously don't even know?" she said. "There's no way in hell I would marry you" as she stood up
She was about to take a step when he said,
"We're both going to benefit one thing or the other from this." She stopped after hearing his voice.
"Isn't it your one and only wish to move out of your parents house and live happily?"
She then turned to him and said
"If you think I will marry you, you must be living in a fantasy." Before storming out
On her way home, she kept on thinking about their conversation
°What does he take me for? I don't even know anything about him°
When she got home, she decided to take a Cold shower to clear her head. After the shower, she wore a pair of short black jeans and an armless gray shirt. She went downstairs to have her lunch.
She was happy because her 'parents' were on a trip for their anniversary and were not coming back until two days later.
After her lunch, she movie on netflix. She couldn't concentrate because Mr. Stalkers picture kept popping up in her mind(Mr. stalker-the nickname she gave him)
°Why would a man as handsome as he is be so arrogant° did i just say handsome
You can't deny that fact though
"Whatever"
*The next day*
Mira woke up and realised she slept off while watching the movie so she switched off the TV and went to freshen up.
she was having her breakfast when she recieved a message on her phone
Bing bing
It was a message from Mr. stalkers secretary
It read,
you have one more chance either show up or don't. My boss asked me to tell you this. Come to this address by 6 pm today-****************
She checked the time and it was 2:30 pm. She sighed and said, I already have a lot to worry about, now this?
'Ding Dong'
It was the door bell, Mira answered it and it was Tara.
*Mira explained everything to her*

"So what do you have to say", mira said
"What do you want me to say? I have only one thing to say and it's to go and meet up with him."
Mira's expression changed
"What do I even say to him? I know nothing about him for Pete's sake"
"I know but this is the only chance you have at a love only seen in movies. Who knows you might end up falling in love with him. In fact, I'm rooting for your love now."😒😒
"Oh my goodness, Tara"
"What? You have to go okay. For the sake of our friendship."
"Ok fine"
"Yes!" Tara said as she jumped up in excitement.
I honestly have my concerns about Tara. I know I created the character and all but......
