A while after Chasity falls asleep, Cas carefully removes himself from Chasity's embrace. He quietly pads out of her room and decides to scope out the house.

He ends up back into the living room.

"Hey Cas," Dean mumbles from the doorway behind Cas. Cas turns.

"Hello Dean." Cas nods to Dean. Dean stumbles to the chair Chasity was sitting in hours ago. He plops down gracelessly. Cas sits down on the couch.

"What were you doing in Chasity's room?" Dean asks.

"She needed comfort." Cas replies.

"Yeah comfort." Dean scoffs.

"She is in a fragile state, she need comforting." Cas defends.

"She's a hunter, she doesn't need comforting, she should get over it." Dean mutters.

"Dean!" Cas exclaims. "She just lost her best friend! You do the same thing any time Sam dies and you know it." Cas snaps.

Dean scowls, but doesn't reply because he knows Cas is right.

"I'm sorry, I'm just not thinking clearly." Dean shakes his head.

" I don't blame you." Cas murmurs. They sit in silence. The silence is interrupted by a loud bang from the bathroom. They are both up and Dean has his gun out. They quietly make their way towards the bathroom. Sam meets up with them, his gun also out. Dean flips on the light switch of the bathroom and scans the room.

A bottle of shampoo is slowly rolling back and forth at the bottom of the tub. It comes to a stop.

"It's just a false alarm," Dean calls back. Sam shakes his head and goes back to his room to get some sleep. Cas and Dean go back to the livingroom.

Chasity wakes up suddenly. Her room is frigid.

"Chasity," the voice from earlier calls.

"Tom," Chasity murmurs. She looks around. She gasps. Pressed up against her window is her dead best friend. "It's really you," She has tears in her eyes. "Hold on, I'll be right out." She opens her door and peeks out. No sign of people.

She creeps down the hall and glances into the living room. Cas and Dean are sitting there. She needs to find a way to get them out of the living room so she can get to the kitchen and put the back door. The bathroom is as far from it that they can get. Chasity makes her way to the bathroom and pushes a shampoo bottle off the ledge and into the tub.

She rushes out of the bathroom and into a small closet in to hallway. All three boys rush past her and she's out before they notice. She eases the backdoor open and she slips out. She doesn't realize that the backdoor is slightly left open.

Chasity moves to the shadows under the trees.

"Tom," she whispers. He flickers into sight in front of her. A sob escapes her.

"Chasity," he reaches forward brushes a tear from her cheek.

"How are you here? Why are you here?" Chasity asks. She's trying to keep herself together, but she's doing a poor job.

"I...here...protect you." He starts flickering.

"Protect me? From what?" She questions.

"The ghost." He scrunches his face. "I follow you with the necklace." He touches the locket he gave her lightly.

"I miss you Tom." Chasity chokes out.

"I'm here, I always was." He disappears for a second then returns. "This is hard for me to do," he smiles sheepishly. "But I had to explain."

"Explain what?" Chasity wipes her face.

"I was killed because Destiny kissed me." Tom says.

"But, you didn't cheat! You were single!" Chasity exclaims.

"I know, but I pushed Destiny away and told her that I loved you." He looks down sheepishly.

"Oh Tom," Chasity says softly.

"I can't stay longer, see you later Chasity." Tom kisses her cheek and disappears. Chasity drops to her knees and sobs.
