Chapter 16

Naomi's POV
It's been a couple of weeks since Brooklyn and I have been going out and frankly things are going great. He's been coming over to my house a couple of days and I go to his when my parents go to clean there house.
I guess you want to know what happened between Romeo and Jackie. Well sit down and get some popcorn cuz here comes the story.

I was going with Jackie, my parents and the crew to Brooklyn's house. Jackie was completely excited to go meet Romeo had no clue. So we got there and she got so nervous she didn't want to leave the car. Luckily I convinced her to get out. then we went inside and Brooklyn received me with a kiss and a hug. It was past lunch so everyone was awake. We went to the backyard where they were playing soccer.

"Hey Romeo!" I called out

"Hey Naomi. What's up?"

"I'd like for you to meet my little sister Jackie. Jackie this is Romeo."

"Hi Jackie it's nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too Romeo."

"Jackie would you like to play football with us?"

"Yeah I'd love to. Naomi has taught me everything she knows." With that they ran off. They hung out the time we were there. And now I they are dating well like you know middle school dating kinda thing.

So in other news my birthday is in seven days. I'm pretty excited because I finally turn 16.
Brooklyn says he has a surprise for me so I guess that that's really exciting.

Birthday Week
Today is August 1 and Brooklyn says he has a surprise for me everyday of the week by
birthday lands on a Friday. So his first surprise was he was going to take me to a very fancy dinner on the beach and walk on the sand and just talk

Surprise number 2 he gave me a record player because I have some old ones that my grandma had that I could never use. That was actually really awesome.

Surprise number 3 he gave me a $200 gift card to buy clothes at any shop that I wanted.

Surprise number 4 he gave me a PUPPY! Yeah I know right we named her brownie. She was a cute little yorkie that had very brown fur.

Surprise number 5 Brooklyn got me tickets to go see The Rolling Stones. Honestly it was really cool. Their music is just to die for.

Surprise number 6 he took me to a diner that was like from the 1950s it had a boom box and everything. The waitresses even had poodle skirts on. It was adorable.

BIRTHDAY. Today was my birthday my parents and sister put balloons in my room and woke me up by singing happy birthday with a cake. Then Sam took me to a birthday brunch. Through out the whole day Brooklyn kept on sending me happy birthday or have a great day stuff like that. Then

Brooklyn sent me a box to my house wrapped with a bow and a note. It said: Here's an outfit you might not usually get. But wear it today and you'll be happy I bet. Xx Brooklyn. I opened the box and there were leather jeans, a black crop top, a leather jacket, two bandanas which also had a note,that said, You might mot know what to do with these but you'll figure it out. I believe in you.xx. Then I opened another box with shoes high heel boots. Then there was one more note at the bottom.
Sam's should knock on your door in 3.2.1. Then came Sam through the door. I was so confused but continued the note. She knows what to do don't question it just go with it. Xx bye have fun.

Sam and I got ready. I got the purpose of the outfit. It was the outfit of a greaser, if you have ever read the book the outsiders you know what this is or if you know stuff about the 60s. Brooklyn made me dress as one of my favorite types of people, greasers!

I had gone to the bathroom and sam had left, but left me a note. There have been so many notes today! It read, sorry Naomi had to go Brooklyn's outside maybe you should go. Bye see you later.

I went outside and there he was Brooklyn in a red cherry 1968 mustang. With his hair greased back and a leather jacket, honestly he looked really hot.
I went over to him and said

"Hey baby. How's it shaken?"

"Hey honey, I'm doin just fine. how you doin darling."

"I'm doing just fine sugar." Oh my god we were so adorable.

"Get in I'm taking you somewhere." said Brooklyn.

"Okay. Am I allowed to ask questions?"

"No. Just listen to the radio and don't say a word."

"Okay." We drove for like 10 minutes and we arrived at a really cute diner that was 1960s themed, which was pretty awesome. I sat in a booth with Brooklyn and we had some burgers and talked then by the end he said

"Naomi. We've been dating for a month now and I wanted to give you something," he took out a little box with a ring on it and it was silver with a knot in the middle. It was a promise ring.

"I wanted to say.... Naomi Green, I love you."

Whoa he just dropped the love you bomb. I was kinda scared to say I love you back but then I realized this is Brooklyn Beckham. I really do love him and all of his flaws.

"I love you too Brooklyn." we kissed after that and he paid and we got into the car again.

"So where are we going now babe?"

"You'll see."

We drove for 15 minutes and got to a venue. We got in and there was a party waiting for me filled with 'Socs' and 'Greasers'.

"Oh my god Brooklyn did you plan this?"

"Yeah pretty much."

"Oh my god this is unbelievable I absolutely love it."

The rest of the night was so much fun. I hung out with my friends and family and Brooklyn. By the time everyone left I opened my presents and it was stuff like books that I've always wanted, jewelry, clothes, and money.

Suddenly Brooklyn came up
To me and said

"I have one more present for you."

"Brooklyn you have spoiled me enough today."

"Come on open it." it was square shaped. I opened it and it was an original Abby Road Album from the Beatles and with signatures! I jumped on Brooklyn hugging him with my legs wrapped around him saying Thank you like a million times..

"Brooklyn I absolutely love it! Thank you so much. I love you!"

"It was no problem cupcake. I love you too. come I'll take you home."

"Okay." we got into the car and talked about our day and when we got home he dropped me off at the door kissed me goodnight and we exchanged kisses

"Thank you so much for today Brooklyn. You set the bar real high for your birthday."

"Haha that's okay cupcake as long as I an with you that will be enough."

"I love you. I can't get tired of saying that to you. I love you. I love you. I love you."

"I love you too." We kissed one last time and I went to sleep for what had been the best birthday in the entire world.
