After the phone call with James, who explained to them exactly how - bloody - they had to kill the witch, Jason called Damon and asked him to come as soon as possible. Of course, Damon was planning to do that anyway, after talking to Alice about Margaret's betrayal and her evil plans.

So, about an hour later, Damon enters Stefan's living room holding hands with Alice, who is welcomed by everyone with open arms. After the hugs and greetings, they all sit down on the sofas to talk, but Alice's attention is elsewhere. She looks around as if searching for something.
