"Hello? I said answering the phone
"Wassup ma" a familiar voice said
"Oh hey dd, how'd you get my number?"
"Don't worry about it, I was wondering if you tryna hang tomorrow"
"Hang? Where"
"Ionk maybe the movies"
"Movies? How about we go to an arc...
Right now me and Neveah are at the aquarium downtown. We've been here for about an hour and right now we are looking at the big fish tank.
Ever since the date with dd we've been talking every day this week but we're yet to link again.
I've been focusing on school and things all this week so I've been kind of busy.
"Look Avery there's a purple one" she said jumping up trying to reach the fish.
"Yes it's so cute isn't it" I say picking her up. I took a picture with the timer and posted it to my Instagram story.

"I'm hungry" she says "do you want me to cook or do you want to get fast food" I say
"Well I like it better when you cook but I want to eat soon" she says snuggling into me
"Well how about we get you some chips from the front, then go home while I cook" I say "yeah let's do that"
We get to the car and I drive home and turn on Nickelodeon for Veah. I went to Leah's room to ask her what she wanted for dinner but she wasn't there.
I panicked and quickly called her "Leah where are you at?" I questioned her as she answered the call.
"Realx I'm at ddots house" she says "well why don't you let me know" I said kind of annoyed but relieved.
"My bad I'm sorry" she says "whatever call me later" and I hung up.
I walk back to the living room, "Veah what do you want for dinner" I say "hmm, I want chicken"
I walked to the kitchen to make chicken and Cajun rice when my manager Kelly called me.
"Hello?" I said "Averyin going to email you a link to a zoom and get in it" she said
I grabbed my computer from my room and go to the zoom link.
When I join I see my manager, dd, and some man who's name was rahh young.
"Avery good you're here, say hello to dd and Mr. Young his manager" Kelly said
I was still seasoning the chicken and cooking but I said hey to everyone
"Alright I'm going to get to the point" Mr. Young started "we've all seen the pictures on social media of you two together" he said
People had seen me and dd out on our date and we're taking pictures and they had been trending all week.
"We think this is good publicity for both of you and that you two should make a song with each other" Kelly said
"But we make such different music" I stated, I made more soft, r&b type of music and he was a drill rapper
"Yeah but we're willing to switch it up a bit" Mr. Young said.
"I'm down" dd said finally speaking "yeah I'll do it too" I said putting the chicken into the grease.
"Alright great so we want to have this song written and recorded by next Thursday so it can be out by Saturday" Kelly said
"That's way too soon" I said "I can't write that quick"
"I know it's soon but we have a prewritten song you too can twerk and make a beat too" Mr. Young said.
We spent the next two hours writing and tweaking the song. It came together surprisingly well and even had dd doing a little singing which was different for him.
Veah was back home probably in bed sleep and I was sitting at my vanity typing out the lyrics to the new song.
"Alright bet we can get in the studio tomorrow" dd said "yeah that works" I say.
"Just so y'all know y'all need to go out some more, to keep your names trending til the song comes out" Mr. Young said
"That's not a problem" dd smirked which made me blush.
"Good work both of you, y'all can go to bed now" Kelly said. Dd and I both left and I got in the shower and put on pajamas

After about 5 minutes I get a call from dd and answer it.
"yo take that picture down before I come over and break your back right now" he said.
When he said that I was kind of shocked but decided to push his buttons.
"and what if I don't take it down" I said "you don't even want to find out" he said
I gave in and deleted it "fine I'll delete it but I don't see why" I said
"When you hanging round me, and text me 24/7 you mine" he said "so you don't need no other nigga seeing your body"
He hung up after that and I just laid down and went to sleep.
