"dd call the police"

We had a great week going to Disney world and other places in Florida. I was happy to see the kids having fun and everyone getting along.

With us being there for so long and me and dd sharing a room, I can't say we stayed to ourselves.

Whenever me and dad weren't with the kids we did make out a few times.

Today we're heading home, we packed all our stuff up and got back on a plane to New York.

"Veah wake up" I said as the plane landed, "come on we're about to get off" I said.

Neveah sat up and I held lanni since she was asleep. Dd was awake and getting our bags from the shelves.

Once the whole plane was ready we all got off the plane and went into the airport. "The trip was so fun!" Miracle said.

"I know I never want to leave Florida" Leah said, "Hell yeah, that bar had hella good drinks" Notti said.

"It was really fun, we have to hang out again soon, we'll see y'all next time" I said grabbing Neveahs hand.

I love these people but I've spent enough time with them, I'm ready to go home.

We got in the car and dd drove back to my apartment. We got out and went to take neveah to her home.

I knocked in the door and Tete riah opened it, "hey tete" I said giving her a hug.

"Hey baby, hey veah did you have fun?" She asked, "yeah I had a whole lot of fun" neveah said walking into the house.

"That's good, say bye bye to Avery" tete riah said, "bye bye Avery" neveah said giving me a hug.

"bye girl" I said, "bye veah" dd said, "bye" she waved at him.

Then we went to my apartment and everything happened so fast, as I gave dd the key to unlock my door.

He opened it but it was like someone was on the other side pushing it shut. We both knew Leah wasn't here so I instantly was scared.

You could hear banging, dd and whoever was behind the door were both pushing at the door.

Lanni started crying and the person on the other side of the door closed it and locked it.

Dd pulled out his gun and shot at the doorknob, when he opened the door I heard dd let out three shots and a scream.

I didn't realize it but my eyes were closed, I had my back against a door in the hall and was holding tight to lanni.

I wanted to go back to the car but I didn't want to leave dd. "Avery it's okay, you're safe" I heard dd say.

He had came out the apartment and was standing in front of me. "dd what the fuck just happened" I said.

"Some niggas broke into your fucking house, caught the nigga trying to crawl in the fucking vent" he said.

"dd call the police" I said, "hell nah, I got it" he said. "No dd this isn't one of those situations, call them."

dd held lanni and called the police and I went inside my apartment.

The door was wide open and the house was fucking trashed. There was old food everywhere
And trash everywhere.

Whoever was in here had a pet because there was real life SHIT on my living room carpet.

"bro what the fuck" I said, as I walked farther into Leah's room I saw her room was trashed too and her clothes were ripped up.

Inside of her bathroom there were three knives and a gun in her bathroom sink, what the hell

I went into my room and saw half of my things were gone. My clothes, shoes, jewelry, most of it was gone.

I was going to the bathroom and saw the door was closed and blood was trickling out, I didn't open the door.

I wiped my tears and walked out, I saw some neighbors outside their home and they were talking to dd.

Two police cars pulled up and four officers walked into our complex. One of the officers came up to me and started talking to me.

"We're you involved in this accident?" He asked me, "yeah I live here" I said.

"Can you tell me what happened" he asked.

Four Hours Later...

We were standing outside the apartment for hours. After they questioned me they had me stay here and I had to call Leah.

Her and DDot can and she was upset but we took the things we could spare with us .

I was currently at DD's house, we were sitting on the couch while we played with lanni.

"dd just don't know what I'm gonna do" I said, "like I can find me a new place to live but what about Leah" I said.

"The agreement with my dad was to stay with my aunt and I'm almost 18 so I'll be fine but I'm not sure what he's gonna say" I said.

"Don't stress it ma you staying with me, and Leah good staying with DDot like she basically been doing"

"And for your dad I can't lie, he might send Leah home, But what he don't know won't kill him" dd said.

"So you don't think we should tell our dad?" I said, "do what you think best, I just know it would do more bad than good".

"Yeah I don't think I'll tell him, and what do you mean by I'm staying with you?" I asked, "your gonna live with me" he said.

"Says who?" "Says me" dd said, "after what's been going on I'm not letting you stay by yourself" he said.

"You don't think it would be weird for us to stay together but we're broken up?" I said , "so get back with me" dd said as he rubbed lannis back.

"dd you already know how it went down last time, who's to say it won't happen again" I said.

"I was wrong for what I did Avery, but the time that we went not talking hit me so hard because I care about you so much.

No other girl will ever be able to make me feel the way you make me feel. I was childish back then but i don't even want to look at a girl that's not you" he said.

"I think it'll be hard for me to allow myself to trust you again, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss you."

"So you'll get back with me?" Dd asked, "yeah David I'll get back with you" I smiled.

Dd and Avery are back togetherrr! Also did y'all see DD's Instagram story with Alabama? I don't know if they're dating but they would be cute.

AHHHH I totally forgot to add amiri into the Disney vacation, just pretend he was there
