We've been back from DD's Houston concert for a few days. After telling everyone Leah and I were pregnant, there was only one person left to tell. our dad.

Me and Dd had just came from picking my dad up from the airport and were on the way home.

"so where's little baby lanni?" My dad asked, "she's at home with Leah" I said, "you've never met lanni have you? you've only talked on the phone" I said.

"yeah I try to be here as much as I can but I get held up a lot" my dad said, "yeah dad I get it" I said.

"David how's everything been going with you?" my dad said. "I've been good, just doing what I gotta do" dd said.

"I feel you man" my dad said, we pulled into the driveway and dd started to park. "Where we at? who's house is this?" My dad asked.

We didn't answer, dd got his bag out the trunk and I unlocked the front door as he walked behind me.

When I opened the door I saw lanni in her pajamas running towards me, "mommy!" She said.

"hey baby, where's Leah" I asked her, "in the kitchen" she said. "Avery where are we at?" My dad asked me walking through the door.

"Were at me and DD's house" I said, "y'all live together?" He asked angrily, "yeah we moved together a few months ago" dd said.

"SAYS WHO?" my dad yelled making lanni jump a little bit. "Lanni babe, go to your room and wait for me to tuck you in" I said.

she walked to her room and me and dd walked in the kitchen followed by my dad. "I'm confused what the hell is going on" he said.

"I never said you and Leah were allowed to move out of the apartment with Riah, when we're you going to tell me?

and Avery I get you're technically grown but Leah you're only 17, you're not old enough to live all by yourself" my dad said.

"I don't live here" Leah said sitting in one of the barstools, "what are you talking about?" "I live with DDot" she said.

"You're living with you're boyfriend? Leah don't play with me right now" he said. "you were okay when Avery said she lives with dd" Leah said annoyed.

"She's grown Leah, and I'm not okay with it I'm actually really pissed and I'm trying to contain myself" he said.

"Why did y'all move out and not tell me?" My dad said, "daddy someone broke into our apartment last year" Leah said.

"Why didn't you girls tell me" "because we knew you'd make us move back home" I said.

"Hell yeah I would have, I only agreed to you two being out here because I thought Riah would supervise y'all" he said.

"Instead y'all are out here in the suburbs living y'all best life, I don't even know where you stay at" he said pointing at Leah.

"Dad I love tete riah but she's older, she has a hard time watching neveah as is, she dosent have time to watch us" I said.

"I can't believe y'all did this" my dad said, "you can't believe we did it? I can't believe you didn't know" I said.

"We moved out like two years ago and we've called you maybe 10 times. Other than that it's dry ass text messages"

"I know you love us, but the way you're acting right now you'd think you were more involved with us" I said.

"You know I get caught up with my work and things" he said, "dad what work? Partying and gambling with criminals isn't work" Leah said.

"y'all know I want to see y'all more, it's just hard when y'all have a life of your own I don't want to bother you" he said.

"Dad coming to visit us every once in a while isn't bothering us, or just calling us more" I said.

"You're right baby, I'm sorry" my dad said, "it's okay dad, now there's something we actually have to tell you" I said.

"What's going on?" He asked me concerned, "uhm... dad me and Leah are pregnant" I said trying to look him in the eye.

At this point in the conversation dd was trying his hardest not to look at my dad. "YOU'RE WHAT? and to think I almost felt bad for going off on your two" my dad said.

"dad calm down I promise we'll figure everything out" Leah said "Don't tell me to fucking calm down" he said.

"Leah go check on lanni and put her in bed" I said wanting to leave the room, "nah she don't need to go nowhere" my dad said.

Leah kept walking anyway, "How far along are you" he asked me, "I'm a little over a month and Leah's a little over two" I said.

"I'm so disappointed, I let you play house with lanni and dd for too long " he said, those words hurt me. "I sent you two here to pursue your dreams and make a name for yourselves"

"Instead I come here and find out y'all living with these little boys and being whores" he said. whores?

"Alright Mr. Chase calm down" dd said trying to calm him down, "hell no you don't tell me what to do" my dad said getting in DD's face.

"Dad cut it out! You just called us whores as if we haven't been working our asses off for the longest.

We get you never wanted kids but you weren't very present either. You were cool and all but you don't have the right to come here telling us how to live.

Me and Leah work so hard and dd and DDot treat us so good you don't even understand. We don't tell you anything because you act erratic.

And I didn't say anything at first, but I don't appreciate that 'playing house' comment you made about mylanni because she has nothing to do with this.

you need to get your act all the way together if you want to continue to be in my life because this shit is not okay" I yelled.

I walked out the kitchen and walked to Mylanni's room. I saw mylanni in her crib sleeping and Leah sitting in the chair looking at the wall.

"what if he makes me move back to Chicago" Leah says, "he wouldn't do that, and if he did you're 18 in 7 months so it won't be too long" I said.

They told their dad about the pregnancies and he didn't take it well... how do y'all feel about his reaction?
