eyrina pov

"Rina, Eyrina!" Tuk was jumping on me to wake me, no Lo'ak by my side, that's weird "we have breakfast eyrinaaa wake up!" She said shaking me more I sat up my hair in a mess "I'm up tuk I'm up" I said while giving her a hug

"Can I go get breakfast?" She asked "I was never stopping you" I replied with a smile she ran off gigging leaving me in the hut. I got up and made my hair look somewhat neat, I decided I was just gonna go swimming and skip eating.

Once I had changed my top I walked out the hut letting the water hit my skin, I must have been in there for awhile because everyone was at the beach.

I see tuk in neteyams arms and I smile at the siblings as I walk over.

"Hey look it's rina!" Tuk said being the first to notice me, everyone looked my way and I smiled walking closer

Ao'nung made these noises calling in animals "if you want to live here, you have to ride" he spoke making eye contact with me. I stood next to Lo'ak and leaned my head against his shoulder, he slightly moved away and I looked at him weird, he didn't even look in my direction.

That hurt me.

"I'll take Kiri and tuk" said Roxto "I'll take Lo'ak!" Said Tsireya and i shot her a look while they walked away "so I'm with you two then" said ao'nung I wonder if he even knows our names

"Neteyam!" Jake shouted from the shore causing me and neteyam to turn our heads, his dad was indicating he come to shore, I grabbed his arm before he walked away "please don't leave me with the fish" I whisper to him. He just chuckles and walked away.

Great. "So forest girl-" "eyrina" I said "what?" He questioned me "Eyrina, my name is eyrina" I said looking at him as he mounted the animal.

"Ok Eyrina hop on the ilu" he said.

I climbed on to the slippery animal and made the bond, "yea feel her heart feel her breath yk the drill" he said dryly i rolled my eyes. I took a breath getting ready to move "wow, where do you think your going" He said just before I took off

"What do you mean? I'm riding the ilu" I replied confused "your position is all wrong" he said shaking his head and coming towards me.

He put his hand on my thigh moving it up, then shifted my hips back and then grabbed my shin bringing it closer to my thigh. "Stop being so touchy" I stared to him "don't flatter yourself I'm just helping you with your position" he scoffed then hit the back of the ilu, catching me by surprise.

i struggle against the water pressure, my hand slowly starting to slip off the ilu. i proberlly look so dumb. once i finally flew off the ilu i swam back to the surface catching my breath i look behind me to see Ao'nung and his friends laughing asshole

i swam over to him "what happened forst girl?" i just shot him a glare "dont be like that" he said now grinning wide, he reached to my face brushing some hair out my face "id like to see you bond with a ikran" i said rolling my eyes "well lucky i dont have to because we arent in the forest" he said walking closer to me, "if we were, youd be dead by now" i said now face to face with him "dont be like that forest girl" he said still grinning and called for my ilu again "yea whaever fishlips" i said pushing his chest back catching him by supprise so he fell in the water

his friends reya and i all laughed at the boy who was now sitting in the water. he looked pissed

i sat on the ilu once again and took three big breaths "forward, slowly" i said softly causing the ilu to slowly starting to glide against the water, i held my breath and went under 'faster' i thought to myself, the ilu went faster then expected but i held on keeping my potion.
