"So that's why you were locked up... you couldn't believe it."

Namjoon closes the door behind him. Jin lies on his bed, hugging a pillow and Mon lies at the foot of the bed, saddened by the atmosphere with his owner and his friends. Namjoon sits on the edge of the bed and Jin hides his face.

"I guess this is how you felt a week and a half ago" Jin laughs listlessly, feebly. He squeezes the pillow tighter and Namjoon lets him keep talking without interrupting or making a sound. "Thinking... that we don't matter at all..."

Jin bursts into tears as he didn't with the others present, with many people being able to see him. Namjoon caresses his head and his arm with affection, trying to make a little bit of his pain stop being absolute and terrible. The worst thing is not only the fact that they are stuck here, that they will never come for them, but that impression they left:

Their lives don't matter.

They, as people, are no longer a concern, a priority, someone who will be saved.

They are just more of the population that was lost, unfortunate not to make it to the plane when they were supposed to.

He has never felt as insignificant as he does now.

"Uh?"

Yoongi stirs, realizing there is an occupant in his bed. He discovers Hoseok curled up there, though he doesn't quite manage to see him, he knows it's him by the way he clutches his back. No one else does. Yoongi turns with difficulty, having to wake Holly in the process, there's not much choice in the matter.

Standing facing him, Yoongi hugs Hoseok, who totally hides in Yoongi like he hasn't in too long. Hoseok's only sob is simple: "I won't be able to see Jiwoo again." he says with a broken voice and deep sadness. The only thing he had left of his family is his sister and apparently, even that he lost. Yoongi says nothing about it, he has nothing to say.

On the floor, lying next to the bed as usual, is Jungkook. Tucked under the blanket next to Taehyung, who is trying to calm down after hours of the news. He wants to get out of here. Just like that and without any kind of background. He wants to get out of Korea, to a place where there is no danger, no sickness, no chance of dying every day.

He wants, to, get, out, of, here.

Jungkook keeps holding his hand, trying to give him his support and let him know that he wants exactly the same thing.

"It's the tenth today."

Namjoon looks at the body hanging from a rope. The tenth person who has committed suicide or that they have been able to find. The mood is grim and it is clear that many cannot bear the reality that they were abandoned. Namjoon grabs the pistol San has in his pants and fires a couple of shots into the air, rudely drawing attention. Both of those who are there watching, as well as those on other floors and other people. Scared that it was something else.

"I'll say it loud and clear!" Namjoon announces, lowering his arm and pouting. "Maybe we're stranded here and maybe it sucks, because clearly we're at risk of death every damn moment, but if anyone doesn't consider themselves strong enough to take it, they have a free exit to die somewhere else" He's curt and rather attacking to all who listen. Namjoon doesn't mind, however. "Not here, showing it to the kids, making others believe it's the only way out and even endangering this from happening and being final."

Namjoon aims and shoots at the forehead of the man who hung himself. He transformed and had he not been there, who knows how many he would have finished with just a few minutes. The body hangs limp and blood drips to the snow. Namjoon watches them all coolly.
