17. Abomination

After the fight, Scott and I parted ways, Scott went to Animal Clinic while I went back home. Stiles texted me that he would be here after his jeep gets repaired, and Dad was at the Station as well, so I quickly changed into my pajamas and went to bed. As I sat on my bed with my book I heard a knock. I got up and checked but there was no one in the house. So, I once again sat down but then I again I heard the knock, so I went and removed the curtain from my window and saw Isaac. I sighed and closed the curtains, but he kept knocking making it impossible for me to concentrate on my book. When I finally reached my limit I got up and opened the window and Isaac climbed in. "What it is?" I hissed and instead of replying Isaac just came closer and held me by my waist. As I tried backing off from him he pulled me closer, "Isaac, let me go." I said and he loosen his grip on my waist, but I kept standing there until I heard my phone chime. Then I backed off I grabbed my phone from my bed. 

"I just wanted to explain about yesterday."

Isaac said, as I opened my phone and saw that it was Stiles, Isaac again started saying something but as I opened the message, he was just a background noise. "I have to go." was all I could get out at that time. I turned and started leaving the room but Isaac held my hand and requested that I at least listen to him, I turned and yelled, "It's not about you. Sty got attacked. I have to go to him." And as soon as I said that Isaac moved ahead of me and said, 

"I'll drive."

"There is police present there, you will get caught." I told him, but he turned looked at my eyes and said, 

"I don't care. Now come on lets go."

We both were silent in the car as I was freaking out and Isaac knew that. I requested Isaac to drop me off a little far from the repair shop so on one sees him but he was reluctant, but then we saw Scott coming there so, Isaac dropped me off  little far and I went with Scott. 

As we reached there, Stiles came in and sat with us. "You okay Sty?" I asked as soon as he settled down. As a reply he just nodded. Then he started explaining us the reptilian creature he just saw, how he was different form Scott, but his eyes looked very familiar and he thinks that the creature knew him. After that we brought him home and I fixed an air mattress in Stiles room as I knew he would be scared sleeping alone. 

The next day when I woke up, Stiles was already up and getting ready, so I also went in my room and started getting ready when I saw text from Mrs. Martin. When I opened it, she requested that I keep an eye on Lydia at school as today when she woke her up she saw that Lydia had punched a mirror so hard that her knuckles still had glass in them and her whole blanket was covered in blood. That thing shocked me as Lydia was never the one who was at risk of self harm, I knew that she had to see the school counsellor that day so I decided to talk to her after that.

As it was my break I was sitting with Allison, outside in the ground and we were preparing for our chemistry test. As were studying Stiles approached us and asked Allison if she has seen a book known as bestiary and when Allison tried to ask him did he mean something else, he got angry and said that he didn't need to know what was going in her and Scott's head. Allison dropped the matter and asked for the description of that book, so Stiles told her that it was an old worn book. She then informed us that she has seen a book like that with her grandfather. Stiles then ran away to find Scott, to tell him this information, and we resumed our work. After a while Stiles came again panting and asking where does he keep the book, and Allison said that it had to be the his office. Stiles then again ran away to find Scott, while I closed my book and looked at Allison and started telling her about Isaac, how he stood me up but then he visited me last night and took a risk by dropping me off to see Stiles. As I was telling her all this Stiles once again came but this time with Scott's inhaler in his hand and after using it he asked if Allison if she could get the book and Allison told him that she will find a way with my help.
