The rest of the ride home everyone was quite. Once they returned to the house it was midnight. Sapnap attempted to help dream out of the car and into the house but Dream refused his help and went in by himself.
Dream went up to his room and sat on his bed.
'Fuck my life.'
Dream let out an exhale and stood up walking to his bathroom. There was still a few blood spots on his floor along with the razor. Dreams eyes widened as he saw it. He quickly picked it up off the floor and hid it back under the soap bottle.
A few soft knocks were placed on the door to Dreams room. Dream shut his bathroom door and walked over to the door. He opened the door to see Sapnap.
"What's up?" Dream asked. Sapnap pushed past Dream and walked into his room.
Dream just closed the door and turned around to look at the other. Sapnap was sitting on Dreams bed with his head hung.
"What's wrong Nick?" Dream asked and sat next to him.
"You! You're what's wrong! Why do you hate yourself?! What changed?! Why won't you talk to me?!" Sapnap shouted as Dream put his arm over his shoulders.
"I don't know Nick. I just did it once after a while and I had forgotten how good it felt. And I just wanted to keep doing it. And now it sucks because I'm gonna have to recover all over again.." Dream started to explain as he looked at Sapnap and Sapnap looked back at him. "Don't cry. Please."
Dream whipped the tears off of sapnaps cheek.
"I just don't know what I did wrong! Why didn't you come talk to me?!"
Dream leaned forward and hugged Sapnap.
"It's not you, I promise. It's just when I talk about it insted of doing it, it's just not the same. And it's an addiction, I'm gonna have relapses."
"No..no you got over it.. you stopped.. it's not recovery anymore you were better!"
"I was, but not any more." Dream sighed, "please just understand that it's not your fault."
"I'm so sorry Dream." Sapnap cried and hugged Dream pushing his head into the blondes shoulder.
Dream rubbed the others back slowly.
"I just don't understand!" He kept his face hurried in Dreams shoulder so his words came out slightly muffled.
"Just calm down Nick. It's all okay. I promise I'm gonna be okay." Dream said. Sapnap pushed away from Dream and looked at him with tears in his eyes.
"How can you promise me something you know isn't true? And your not okay. Take one good look at yourself in the mirror! You're not okay.." Sapnap said.
Dream was quiet, he didn't know what to say.
"Just- please- stop fucking cutting yourself man.."
Dream once again didn't say anything.
"I'm trying Nick.." Dream said after a long while. He hung his head as the tears that had welt up in his eyes finally dripped down his face. Nick placed his hand on Dreams cheek and lifted his face up.
"Dream.. I lo-" Sapnap started to say something until a loud bang was heard from down the hall. Both men rushed to George's room knocking on the door.
"I'm fine!" George shouted from the other side as Dream opened the door. Both Sapnap and Dream looked around for a moment before walking in.
George's room was a mess. His blankets and sheets were thrown off his bed, most of the things were knocked off his desk, there was a decent sized hole in the wall, a box of matches was laid spilt on the floor, a couple of the old beer bottles laid next to George who was sitting on the floor in the middle of all of this chaos.
