LifeLine ~ (Dnf? - Angst)

Despite Sapnaps best efforts, Karl continued to cry. Sapnap rubbed his back while he broke down.

"Nick- you're ruined.. your beautiful body.. it's.. broken.." Karl whipped the tears from his face. He couldn't fathom the idea that Sapnap would do such a thing. Karl loved Nick with every bone in his body and watching Sapnap destroy his own body was earth shattering.

Karl held sapnaps arm before he fell to his knees. He let out a blood curling scream. Sapnap didn't know what to do. He kneeled down in front of Karl, he pulled his sleeve down and wrapped his arms around Karl.

"WHY?! WHY, NICK?!" Karl keeled over and held his stomach as he continued to scream and sob. "YOU'VE KILLED YOURSELF! YOU'VE RUINED-" Karl gagged and held his hand over his mouth. He stood up quickly and ran to the bathroom. He kneeled in-front of the toilet gagging and coughing.

Sapnap rushed over and pulled Karl's hair out of his face. After some struggle and horrible coughing fits, Karl threw up. Sapnap rubbed his back as they sat there for a moment. Karl threw up a second time after a few minutes.

"Shh.. it's okay.. I'm here." Sapnap supported Karl as he stood up.

"I need- to brush my.. teeth.." Karl stood up speaking very quietly before he fell over onto the floor. He hit his head on the ground as he let out a soft groan.

He was breathing heavily. Sapnap helped him back to his feet and into bed. Sapnap had never seen the other so upset, especially not to the point where he was throwing up. Karl was the type to close off when he was feeling upset. He wouldn't talk about it with anyone and wouldn't show it to anyone either.

As Karl laid his head on the pillow, Sapnap sat down next to him on the bed. Sapnap hugged Karl. Karl let Sapnap lay his head on his chest. Karl wrapped his arms around Sapnap. He caressed his body, holding him close.

"Do you really think I've ruined my body..?" Sapnap asked.

"No.. no.. I- I didn't mean it like that. I was acting irrationally." Karl said. He slowly started to regret what he had said.

"I'm sorry-"

"No, don't say sorry. This is my fault. You are still so perfect to me. I don't care if you have a few marks. It's fine.." Karl coughed in the middle of his sentence. In all honesty, Karl wasn't okay with it. Those marks on the others arms were proof that Karl was not enough. It was physical proof that Karl got there too late.

Karl was taking long deep breaths. He was avoiding another break down. He couldn't do that again in-front of Sapnap. There was a knock on the door before it opened slightly.

"Hey.. is everything okay I heard screaming?" George walked into the room looking at the other two.

"Yeah everything's fine. I- just got a little overwhelmed." Sapnap said. Karl looked at Sapnap and gave him a slight smile. Karl was so grateful that Sapnap had taken fault for it. Sapnap knew how much Karl hated being vulnerable.

George nodded and closed the door. George walked back to Dreams room. Dream was asleep, he was exhausted from the panic he just endured. George pushed Dreams hair out if his face and placed a kiss on the blondes forehead.

George felt bad because he couldn't help dream fast enough. He knew Dream would be exhausted when he woke up, and the only thing George could do was sit and wait for him to wake up. And after he did wake up, he had to be there for him. He never wanted Dream to ever feel how he did.

Meanwhile Sapnap and Karl continued to lay in bed. They had light conversation ever so often.

"Karl you should get something to eat. You just threw up." Sapnap said.
