Sapnap rushed down the stairs to find Karl in the living room drinking a monster.

"What the hell happened, Nick?" Karl said, looking over at Sapnap.

"I- it's to much. It's to much. He's fine he's not hurt it's okay." Sapnap rambled quickly, collapsing onto the couch and laying against Karl. "He's so small. He's too light. I'm so scared."

Sapnap buried his face into Karl's chest as he began to sob.

"I don't want to loose my best friend, I'm so scared Karl.."

"He's gonna be okay. I think we should hand him over to the hospital for a few days." Karl said, rubbing sapnaps back.

"No- no we can't. I can't leave him. He'll hate me."

"Shhhh... it's what's best.. he'll understand.." Karl hushed Sapnap trying to calm him down. "I'm gonna call them later tonight and find out the earliest we can get Dream in care."

Sapnap shook his head and hugged Karl tightly.

"And then you can focus on you. And you can have a breather." Karl continued to try and convince Sapnap that this is how things should be.

"A week. At max. Then he has to come home. I need him here. WE need him here." Sapnap said.

"I'll try but no promises.." Karl kissed the top of Sapnaps head and rested his eyes.

That night Karl was able to get a date for Dream to be taken in within the next few days. Dream was devastated when he heard about what Karl was planning. He didn't leave his bed for the days upcoming to his leave, forcing his friends and boyfriend to be the one to pack some of his belongings.

Dream couldn't stop crying. As he sat in the back of the car with George all he could do was cry.

"I don't want to go.. please please don't make me go.." Dream would mutter over and over again. Sapnap drove slowly, unable to stop himself from crying as well. Karl had come along as well Incase Sapnap needed a break from driving.

George let Dream lay in his lap the entire ride to the hospital, running his hands through dreams hair, hushing his cries. Two hours passed of pure agony before they finally arrived at the hospital. After a prolonged check in period, Dream was taken away. George tried not to cry. He calmly walked back to the car, stumbling over his feet as his brain went foggy.

He barely made it to the car before collapsing into a fit of depression. He laid down across the seats of the car and let tears fall indefinitely from his eyes. He sobbed and shouted and swore and kicked at the seats but it didn't matter.

Sapnap couldn't bring himself to drive the way back, being in a similar state to George. Karl set the car into drive and started backing out of the parking lot. George sat up and stared out the window shouting and crying. His heart ached watching them drive out of the parking lot of the hospital. George wanted to open the door and jump out of the car. He wanted to run all the way back and collapse into Dreams arms again but he couldn't. He had to wait.

"George, George," Karl said in a calming tone, looking at the brunette through the review mirror. "Calm down, he's gonna come back soon. He just needs some extra support right now."

"Go back... Karl turn around.. we have to go get him."

"George.."

"I said turn around Karl! Please! He's not safe! He's safe with us and he needs us! Please please just turn around Karl!" George shouted, sobs crawling up the back of his throat as he yelled.

"God damn it, george!" Karl finally broke and let the tears fall from his eyes. He hit his hands against the steering wheel before rushing to pull over on the side of the road.
