I've been exercising my powers a lot lately, trying to fly faster and burn hotter than ever before because there's someone out there who's better and stronger than I am. And I need to be ready.

Barry was also training himself to go faster so that he'll be ready to face Zoom again.

Caitlin, Harrison and I watched as he ran on the treadmill.

"He just hit 1,375," Caitlin told us.

"The fastest Barry and I have gone was a little over Mach 2," I informed Harrison. "When we went back in time."

"That's not good," Harrison said before speaking into the mic. "That's good, Barry."

Barry stopped running on the treadmill and Harrison looked at me and Caitlin.

"We have our work cut out for us," he told us.

I sighed and Caitlin nodded.

Barry walked towards us. "I'm not getting faster, am I?"

"Well--" Caitlin started.

"No," Harrison cut her off. "You're not."

"All right," I said. "Well, let's fix this, right? I mean, we can't beat Zoom and Hellfire the way we're going. When Hellfire burned me, it actually hurt and I'm supposed to be immune to fire. Plus, she shot fire out of her eyes."

"Yeah," Barry agreed. "And it felt like I was standing still next to Zoom."

"That's because you practically were," Harrison told him. "They are at least three, four times faster and stronger than the both of you at this point."

"How are they so much faster and stronger than we are and Jay and Amber were?" I asked.

"Physiology, form, strength," Harrison answered. "It could be a number of things. Attitude, diet . . ."

"Okay, all right," Barry nodded. "Well, there's gotta be something we can do about it. So, let's just figure it out fast, okay?"

Barry and I walked out, leaving.

A guy with an affinity for knives tried to kill Cisco and Kendra while they were on their date at Jitters. Cisco had called Barry and he was able to save them, but the guy had disappeared and Cisco unintentionally outed Barry as the Flash.

Now Kendra was at S.T.A.R. Labs with us for her own protection. She was looking at the Flash and Phoenix suits and then she looked at me and Barry.

"I can't believe you're the Flash and Phoenix," Kendra said, looking at Cisco. "I can't believe you work with the Flash and Phoenix."

I chuckled. "Yeah. Let's keep that on the DL."

Barry had the knife that almost killed Cisco, it was an Egyptian knife. "This is the same knife that was used to kill the man at the docks. The residue's a perfect match."

"So it is the same guy," Joe said.

Barry nodded. "Definitely. But the thing is, these blades are old. Centuries old."

"Do you have any idea why this guy would be after you?" Iris asked.

"No," Kendra answered. "I've never seen him before in my life."

"Well, he was certainly acting like he knew you," Cisco said. "He kept calling her Priestess Chay-Ara."

"That's Coptic," Harrison told us.
