My burns had healed enough that I could move a fair amount without aggravating them. Sick of being confined to the med bay, I walked into the Cortex and noticed that Cisco and Iris were sitting in front of the computers.

"Hey, what's going on?" I asked.

"There's a high-speed chase heading south on Milton Ave," Cisco answered.

Caitlin approached me, concerned. "Zoe, you should not be on your feet."

"I'm fine, Cait," I told her. "If I spend any more time on bed rest, I'm gonna lose my mind."

Caitlin tilted her head at me, sighing in resignation, knowing how stubborn I can be.

"Oh, oh, you wanna play?" Cisco said. Iris laughed. "Okay. All right, get ready to bring it!"

Barry was running on the treadmill in the training room, controlling the hologram projection of the Flash that was running in the streets of Central City.

"They're not slowing down," Iris said.

"Of course not," Barry replied.

"They're headed for the Fifth Street tunnel," Cisco told him. "Satellite can't project in there."

"What, you just thought of this now?" Iris asked.

"I didn't think he'd actually try to outrun the Flash," Cisco answered.

"Lightning," I told them. "Lightning toss."

"No, no lightning," Cisco replied. "It's a hologram, remember?"

"No, the wind up," I clarified.

"So we can block their fuel division," Caitlin said. "Of course."

Cisco was staring intently at the screen, holding the joystick. "All right, Cisco. This is where all those countless hours gaming in your basement are about to pay off. Fingers, don't fail me now. Leeroy!"

Cisco made the hologram zoom around the car in circles, blinding the criminals inside and causing them to pull over. Giving the police time to catch up and arrest them.

Barry walked into the Cortex. "I need a breather."

I chuckled.

"I didn't think this hologram thing was gonna work," Iris told us. "But so far, so good."

Cisco and Iris high-fived.

Cisco laughed. "I mean, I figured if they could get Tupac rapping again at a concert, we could definitely get the Flash and Phoenix saving Central City."

"Yeah, what are you gonna do about a Phoenix hologram shooting fire, genius?" I asked.

"Let me see what I can do," Cisco answered.

Harrison walked in. "It's not going to last."

"There it is," Cisco muttered.

"It's not gonna be long before someone figures it out," Harrison told us. "'Oh, wait, you never say anything, you never touch anything, you never go indoors'."

"Okay, well, without Barry and Zoe's powers, this is as good an idea as any," Caitlin said.

"Actually, I beg to differ," Harrison replied. "I think a better idea, instead of playing hoodlums and holograms, would be to rebuild the particle accelerator to get Barry and Zoe's powers back."

"Yeah, Wells, that's what you keep saying," I told him.

"That's right," Harrison expressed.

"Look at what that explosion did to this city," Barry reminded him.
