-Flashback to middle school-

"Katsuki! Wait for me!" Your short legs could not keep up with your tall best friend.

"You're so slow, y/n," Katsuki chuckled. "We're going to be late for class."

"I know, but practice took forever this morning! We have a new member and Coach went into his usual welcome introduction that takes up the whole practice!" You were out of breath as you caught up to Katsuki.

Katsuki just laughed as you two head to class together.

Katsuki was a foreign exchange student. He came from Tokyo to the United States. Sadly, he had to move again as you both entered high school.

You took your seat next to Katsuki and pulled out your textbook. You were taking notes when you noticed his eyes looking at you. You glance up from your notes and gave Katsuki a warm smile.

Katsuki had a nice shade of brown, curly hair. He would always dress rather nicely and he was sweet. He wore glasses sometimes, but usually preferred contact lenses. He was self-conscious but you liked him either way. Katsuki was a handsome man.

After class was over, you two went to lunch together. Once you both got your lunches, you head outside to a little tree that you both usually sit under.

You can't help but notice Katsuki looking at you with a worried look. "What's up?" you asked him.

"Y/n..." he starts slowly.

You swallow your food. "Katsuki? What's wrong?"

Katsuki takes a deep breath. "Y/n...at the end of this school year I have to go back to Tokyo..."

"What...? Why?" Your heart sunk a little. "You can't leave...you're my best friend!" Your eyes start forming tears.

"I know...that's why I want to get something off of my chest.."

You look at him. "What is it..?" you questioned softly.

"Y/n..." Katsuki took both of your hands in his and looked away from you.

"I...like you...more than a best friend..."

Your eyes widened. "What?"

"I'm sorry...I've liked you for a while, I just didn't know how to tell you. I didn't want to ruin our friendship..."

You were speechless. "Katsuki..." you uttered out. You looked at him and took your hands away.

"I...I can't..." you started tearing up. You got up and walked away from Katsuki, leaving him alone to contemplate his feelings. You didn't talk to him again.

-Present time-

"God, I was such an asshole back then." you mumbled to yourself. You put your hand on your forehead out of irritation.

After a few minutes, Katsuki came back out with a bag of supplies for your injuries. He takes the bigger bandage out of the bag and wraps your ankle.

"There," he said with a smile. "Now remember to keep pressure off of that ankle."

"Thanks, but you really don't have to do that." you responded. "I can take care of myself."

"I know you can." Katsuki said. You just look at him. He looks back at you.

"What are you doing in Tokyo? Did your Papa bring you out here?" He questioned.

"Yeah...he accepted a position at NTT Medical Center Tokyo."

Katsuki's eyes shot back up to you. "Really? That's the hospital my friend works for."

"That's wonderful." you say with a smile. You take a deep breath. "Katsuki, I want to apologize for the way I treated you before you left for Tokyo..." your smile faded.

Katsuki chuckled nervously while looking down. "Yeah...it bummed me out."

You looked down as well. "I know. I feel horrible. I was dumb and I didn't know what to feel or say. I was so sad when you left. We were best friends and I ruined it by treating you like shit. I haven't forgiven myself for it and I probably never will. You deserve so much love, Katsuki."

Suddenly you felt a pair of arms wrap around your body. You face Katsuki.

"I should've never spilled all of that on you. At least not at that time."

You hug him back. "Don't you dare apologize to me Katsuki. You did nothing wrong."

Hugging him was peaceful to you. For those few moments you couldn't even think about the nasty world you guys were in. Everything in these moments just felt...right.

Katsuki broke the hug. "Come on, y/n. Let's go find a place to stay for the next few days. We have a 3-day visa."

You just smiled and nodded. It was nice to be with Katsuki again.

Katsuki helps you up and leans you against his side.

"I forgot about your cuts!" he suddenly says.

"It's okay. They don't even hurt anymore. Nothing like this damn ankle," you laughed softly.

Katsuki laughs. "Alright. Let me know if we need to rest."

"I will." you smiled.

After a while you two ended up at what looked like a hotel of some sort.

"Beach." you said bluntly, reading the sign. The word Beach was written above a crossed-out sign that read "Seaside Paradise/Tokyo."

You and Katsuki looked at each other before heading inside.

Before you two could reach the door, everything suddenly went dark. You let out a slight scream as you felt a plastic bag around your head.

You felt a pair of arms around you, but they were not the ones you were familiar with. No, they were could. They were definitely not Katsuki's.

A few minutes later, the bags covering yours and Katsuki's heads were removed. You looked all around the room you guys were brought to.

Everyone was dressed in bathing suits. A woman with black hair down to her back and bangs cupping her forehead was standing in front of you. Standing next to her was a man wearing glasses and had a serious look on his face.

The woman smiled at you and Katsuki. Something about her smile seemed...sinister.

You and Katsuki looked at each other then back at the woman. Another woman walks behind her and over to you two. She had short black hair that didn't even reach her shoulders. She was wearing sunglasses and had a white cropped shirt on with some very dark blue, almost black, shorts. "Why are you here?" she asked blatantly.

You opened your mouth to speak but Katsuki cut you off. "We want answers." he stated.

Everyone just looked at you guys. Then, another man walks in.

Your eyes widened slightly. He's handsome you thought.

He was shirtless and had red swim shorts on with a flower-patterned robe. He too was wearing sunglasses. He had dark hair reaching his shoulders and he was a little muscular.

"Answers?" he chimed in. "We may have the answers you're looking for."

He walks up in front of the two of you and smirks.

"Welcome to my utopia... the Beach."
