I never thought I'd ever feel this happy to be with someone (kinda).

I was used to people who are either too much or just halfhearted.

The last person I dated was in college and I really I was in love but now, I'm not sure anymore because it was just completely different from what I'm feeling right now with Becky.

With Becky it's just balanced. Yes, we do fight from time to time but it's normal. And from there, we can continue to improve and grow together.

With Becky, I never need to ask or beg for anything. It's as if our minds are connected and we just know what the other person wants or needs.

What I love most is that we both respect the other when we just want some time alone or some quiet time. We don't need to constantly update each other because we understand that sometimes we need time for ourselves or time to meet friends.

All I can say is that, if soulmates do exist, then I can confidently claim that I've found mine.

"Babee" Becky said, next to me, snuggling even more.

I know that being this close was normal for us even then, but somehow we just became closer that ever. Like when it's just us, we really can't keep our hands to ourselves.

"Yes bb?" I asked, pinching her nose in the process which made her pout.

Cute.

"Nothing really, I just wanted your attention"

I laughed "You literally have my undivided attention all to yourself "

"I know" she said smugly.

This kid really knows the chokehold she has in me.

I stare at her a little longer, wanting to just take in the scene in front of me.

Becky resting her head in my shoulders, eyes closed.

Being a celebrity, there's never really any time that we can just enjoy the moment a hundred percent. Of course it's fun because it's what we're passionate about and we love our fans who've supported all this time. But sometimes it all just becomes too much to handle, mainly because of privacy issues.

Then, there are these moments I have with Becky that I just want time to pause. And I think to myself 'S this is what true love feels like' It's not just about the butterflies or the nervousness whenever you're together. Most of the times, it's actually the feeling of calmness that makes you feel safe. It's the peace of mind that they can give you whenever you're together or not. The feeling that after a tiring day, you can always have that someone to come home to, rant with, be stressed with or feel better with just because of their presence.

Damn, I guess I really am deeply in love with her.

Well, I wouldn't want it any other way to be honest.

Suddenly I began to hear Becky's little snores as she fell asleep.

"Goodnight bb, I love you" I whispered as I kissed her forehead.

It really is times like this that I hold close to my heart. No pressure from anyone. No judgement from close minded people.

It's just our own little world.
