Hollow Knight Oneshots/Scenarios (Currently on Hiatus/Hold)

~•If You Got Infected•~

Also I made the art above. It's not great but it fit the theme.

~•Ghost/The Knight•~

-They didn't notice at first.

-They noticed once you started stopping and staring blankly at nothing.

-They didn't want to believe it at first.

-They ignored it for a while.

-Well, until you started attacking bugs.

-Ghost couldn't ignore it any longer at that point.

-They brought you to your favorite place in Hallownest while you weren't in a state of infection.

-They sighed and raised their nail.

-They fought you.

-And it hurt them. Not physically, but mentally.

-After you were gone, Ghost was never the same lively vessel. They were just as empty as when you first knew them.

-Except now they missed someone.

~•Hornet•~

-You'd been acting off and she knew it.

-But what she wasn't expecting, was you jumping at her.

-She wriggled out of your grasp before you did anything bad, but now she had to fight you.

-She recognized the orange glow behind your eyes.

-You'd been infected.

-Now she knew this was a real fight, not a spar like before.

-And she couldn't afford to lose this one.

-Hornet did win, due to her spars with you, but the final blow crushed her.

-You were the first person to put up with her in a while.

-She promised herself she'd find a way to stop the infection.

-Even if it won't bring you back, it'd give her some closure.

~•Hollow•~

-They recognized the first sign you showed.

-They looked everywhere to try and find a cure.

-Anything!

-But there was nothing.

-They never told you what they were doing, which caused you to worry.

-You had been starting to blank out recently and Hollow being secretive was scaring you.

-They eventually gave up after going through the last of the Soul Master's notes.

-So they decided to spend as much time with you as they had left.

-It confused you on why they wanted to do so much with you, but you weren't complaining.
