Third Person's POV

"Abhi?" Akshara tried to get his attention as the whole family was having breakfast on the dining table.

"Yeah?" he stopped eating and looked at her.

"Rhea's birthday is this weekend. I hope you don't have any meetings scheduled." she told him.

"Uh.... As far as I know, I don't have any, but I'll check it again and let you know." he replied, and she nodded.

"Papa, what are you gonna do for my birthday?" Rhea asked with excitement.

"Whatever you want, princess." Abhimanyu smiled at her as he took a bite of scrambled eggs.

"Can I have a theme birthday?" she asked.

"Of course, Rhee, which theme do you want?" Akshara asked.

"Let me guess, frozen?" Abhimanyu guessed before Rhea could even answer.

"Wow, you can read my mind!" Rhea gasped in shock, and Abhimanyu winked at her, making Akshara chuckle.

"I'll dress as Elsa and akshu will be anna." Rhea declared.

"What about me? Olaf?" Abhimanyu asked.

"No. Olaf is funny and cute. It won't suit your penalty." Rhea replied.

"Personality Rhea." Akshara corrected her.

"Okay... So what will suit my personality?" Abhimanyu asked.

"Hans." Rhea replied and laughed along Akshara.

"Haha... Very funny! I'll be Kristoff." Abhimanyu declared. Rhea had made Abhimanyu see frozen so many times that he's quite familiar with every character.

"No, you'll be Hans." Rhea objected.

"Why? Since Akshara will be Anna. I'll dress up as Kristoff." Abhimanyu said and smiled at Akshara.

"Fine. My poor akshu. She'll get you as her lover." Rhea said dramatically in the context of the movie, but it made the situation hell awkward for both Abhimanyu and Akshara.

"We better get going, rhea, or you're gonna be late for school." Abhimanyu said as he stood up from his position as Rhea innocently followed him.

"Akshara? Do you wanna come along?" Abhimanyu asked her, and she looked at him.

"I would love to, but I think I should start working on rhea's birthday party preparations." She replied, and rhea's eyes yet again sparkled with the mention of her birthday party.

"We can work on that later once I'm back from office, for now come with us." He was adamant to take her with him. For some reason, Akshara felt her stomach churn up, giving her the signs of that butterfly feeling in the stomach.

"Alright." She nodded in agreement as they all made their way out of the house in order to hit the road.

Half an hour later, they were already done with dropping Rhea to school, and Abhimanyu was now randomly swaying his car on the road.

"What are you doing?" Akshara asked him as she turned to look at him.

"Hm..what?" He narrowed his eyes in confusion, totally forgetting about how weird he was acting.

"Don't you have to go to the office?" She asked yet another question, and he nodded.

"Then why are we randomly roaming on the roads?" She asked, and he looked at her.

"I don't know. Don't you like spending time with me?" He asked. She was taken aback by his question.

"It's not that..." she replied, fidgeting with her fingers.

"So, tell me something about yourself." He said.

"Like what?" She asked.

"Anything. I bet your life is interesting." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Trust me, my life is far from interesting." She let out a sadistic chuckle as Abhimanyu looked at her.

"You don't hate me, right?" He asked out of nowhere. He wanted to ask this question for so long. He knew that he did wrong with her, but still, he didn't want her to hate him. He won't be able to tolerate it.

"What?" She looked at him shocked.

"I mean, for what I did and what I made you do..." Abhimanyu said as he parked the car outside the house.

"I really can't answer this." She looked down.

"Why not? Because you hate me?" He asked.

"No! It's just...it's weird. You're weird!" She said, and he let out a chuckle.

"Why are you laughing?" She smiled at the rare sight of him laughing.

"Because you called me weird, and I guess that's the least bad thing anyone has ever called me. You're cute!" He again laughed, and Akshara couldn't help but blush at the fact that he called her cute.

"I should go. You must be getting late for office." She said, reaching to unlock the car door.

"Akshara." He stopped her.

"Yeah?" She turned to look at him.

"Take care." He said, making her smile. She nodded and got off the car while he drove off to the Birla Empires.

It was late in the afternoon.

Abhimanyu shut his eyes close in frustration as the phone went off for the third time.

"I told you I don't want any disturbance. Why are you calling me again and again?" he yelled at the receptionist.

"Sir, there is a lady who wants to meet you. I told her to leave but she said that she has close relations with you and won't leave without seeing you." the receptionist replied, making abhi confused.

"Fine. Send her to my cabin." By saying this, he hung up the call and again got focused on his work.

"Mr. Birla!" he heard a female's voice and raised his head to look at her.

"Tara?" he felt like someone pulled the rug beneath him.
