I decided I would take Trevor up on his offer and go on a date with him. My sisters and I were in my room getting my outfit together, although I didn't need them to help me, it was funny they thought they could help me.

I got a white long sleeve body con dress that showed a few inches of cleavage. I paired it with some nude pumps. My hair was crinkly and hanging.

"You fine as hell Seiko." Chelle said teasing my hair.

"Right, I want your body." Ronnie said holding my earrings.

"Thanks girls." I said blushing.

"What y'all go do while I'm out?" I asked walking to the full length mirror.

"We going get yogurt and go to the 10 o'clock movies." Chelle said on her phone.

"What movie y'all going see?" I asked making a face.

I wanted to go.

"Furious 7." Ronnie blurted out.

I sucked my teeth. "Now y'all know I love Tyrese." I rolled my eyes.

"Sorry you have a date." Chelle said smiling. "Ro go put on a shirt, Trevor'll be here any minute."

She was in a sports bra. She got off the bed and walked to the door.

"What's this?" I asked looking at a bruise on her shoulder.

She looked back like she didn't even know it was there.

Chelle got off the bed to come look. "What is that Ro?" She asked.

"I don't know, I must've ran into something." She said shrugging and walking off.

I knew she was lying. Me and Chelle both looked at each other at the same time. My lip was twisted up and her eyebrow was raised.

"That mother fucker is hitting her." I whispered pointing my finger around.

"Who Tone? He a lot of things Ko but he ain't stupid." Chelle said shaking her head.

"I walked in on them and he had her chocked up, I told his ass to get the fuck out. That's the same day you came out the room and asked why we was yelling. Cause they was arguing and I went to tell them shut up." I whispering but being loud.

Chelle got off the bed with her finger to her lip. She closed the door a little.

"I'll talk to her tonight." She said sitting back on the bed.

I looked back in the mirror. "You need to because if I have to do it again it won't be pretty." I said rolling my neck.

"I gotcha Ko, ain't nobody go fuck with her." Chelle said.

Trevor had came to pick me up and I met him downstairs. I didn't really want him in the house so I just decided to go meet him.

"Hey beautiful." Trevor said opening the door.

"Hey Trev." I said smiling at him.

"You look amazing Ko, excuse me if I stare." He said making me blush.

He closed the door and ran over to the driver side.

He turned the radio up a bit to drown out the silence. We said a few words here and there but that was it. I had made up my mind that he definitely wasn't getting a second date.
