Chapter 8

No one's POV:
     A yes, Valentine's Day almost coming to town. Everyone in the plex setting decorations, and gifts for the love ones. They still have over a week to get ready, but they all decided to get a head start on the celebration, since supplies will be running out quickly. At the daycare, the two attendants decorated the place for the children. The Sunny theme attendant was puzzled all day, struggling what to give to her fellow loved ones and her secret crush.

Sun's POV:
      'What do I do!? Valentine's Day is almost here! I still have to idea what to give to everyone, and what to make for Moon! I'm so screwed! Hopefully Chica can help me, she always knows what to do in these situations.' I taught to myself, while I was holding the ladder for Moon. We were decorating the daycare for the children, setting heart decorations everywhere. We had to do this late at night so the children don't see what we were up to. "Hey Sunny, can you pass me some tape?" Moon asked, holding up the string that was hanging a bunch of light up hearts. "Oh Sure" I had to stand on my tippy toes to reach him since he was high up "Thanks" he soon cut off a piece of tape duck tapping it the string to the door frame.
     Soon he got down the ladder, closing it up, "Hey Sun, what were you thinking about just there? You seemed worried" he said, 'Oh no! He noticed!' "Uhhh- Im just thinking about what to make for Valentine's Day" I told him, fidgeting with my pants. "Oh, you have a special someone your going to ask?" he asked, "M-maybe..." I stuttered, my face heating up a bit. "How about you? You have a special someone?" I asked him, "Me, nah. I'm not into that sort of stuff, but if I did I wouldn't worry to much. Take some advice, whatever you make, if it comes from the heart, they are going to love it, I promise" he told me. "Thanks... hopefully you like it..." I whispered the last part, not wanting him to know my crush was on him. "What was that?" "Nothing! Gotta go before it gets late!" I shouted, I rush to get my stuff, quickly walking out. "Bye!" "Bye?".

~next day~
   Moon's POV:
It was finally morning, "Ugh, I hate Mondays". I got up from bed getting ready for work, as I was getting change, I heard someone in the ball pit. 'Who's here early in the morning? Sun usually wouldn't be here until 5:30' I taught to myself. I went over to the curtain having only my pants on, "Who's there!?" I shouted, not being able to see who was in the ball pit. "It's just me! Sun!" she shouted, soon popping out her head out of the ball pit. 'She's here early this morning I wonder why?' "Why you here this early in the morning?!" I shouted, hoping for her to be able to hear what I said, "What?!" "Why are you-" "I can't hear you speak louder!" She shouted. 'Oh my god. What a great way to start of the morning' "I'll be down there in a minute!" I yelled, "What?! Oh your gone...". I got the rest of my uniform from my bed, heading downstairs , 'I'll just put the shirt downstairs' I told myself, it's not like she's going to mind, well except her brother...
I saw her siting at the edge of the ball pit still looking up at the balcony, "Okay, sorry, I was asking why are you here this early in the morning?" I asked her, she looked up noticing I was behind her. For some reason she turned bright red, "Sunny? Hello? You alright?" I asked her, I could only hear her mumbling stuff under her breath. I leaned down, waving my hand in front of her face. She quickly covered her eyes, "Moon! Why are you naked!?" She shouted, "I just woke up a while ago, why?" "Moon! Just hurry and put on a shirt!" "Alright, alright. No need to over react sugar rays" I told her, I quickly put my shirt back on, so she can hurry and calm down.
"There you can uncover your eyes now" I told her, she soon took off her hands off of her face, still red. She got up, and ran off somewhere, "Umm... alright I'll see you in a bit I guess". Well that's definitely a way to start the morning...

~time skip~
Suns POV:
       The day soon began, both moon and I let the kids inside. As we took all of the children in, I noticed a bunch of teen girls around 13 or 14, 'I wonder why there here...'. We soon began to take care of all of the children, while the group of teens where just at one of the corner of the daycare gossiping about school and stuff that has recently happened. "Hey Sunny, can you help me over here?" Moon asked, I turned around noticing him carry a bunch of kids on him, some where still trying to climb him. "Alright little firefly's go run along. Let's give Mr. Moon a break" I told them, helping Moon getting them off him. The kids soon ran off giggling. I turned around back to moon to see if he was alright, but he just leaned down resting his head on my shoulder, "Thank you sunshine" he muttered. I felt my face heat up again. I slowly put him down on the padded floor, giving him a small break, 'he was never really much of a morning person during Monday's. Well I guess who isn't Mondays are always the worst'.
I continued to take care of the children when I felt being watched by someone. I turned around seeing Moon still resting on the floor, so it couldn't be him. Who else could it be... I got a bit paranoid, not getting this weird feeling off. As I was setting the arts and crafts table the group of teens slowly made there way over towards me, 'I wonder if they need anything?' "Hello girls, do you need anything or any assistance?" I asked them. "Not really, we were just wondering if you and space boy over there are you know." I tilted my head a bit not knowing what they meant, until I realized... "W-wait, No! Me and Moon are not a thing! We are just very good friends that's all!" I shouted, they all started giggling at my reaction. "She totes have a thing for him do~" one of them teased. "How about we help you out, there is nothing better to do in this daycare that we find interesting." She offered. At this point I was a bit worried... should I really let them help on my love life... I haven't really made much progress and Valentine's Day is soon coming... is there really any better option... "Alright... just don't get the other children involved, or then it's going to be a huge mess" I told her. "We weren't planing to. Don't worry. My name is Mia, this is Lucy, and over there is Ashly." "My name is-" "No need we already know". They soon dragged me off to the corner they were at previously.
        "Okay so spill the tea" Mia said, "What tea?", "You know, any sort of information between the both of you, so that way it's easier for us to know how to help" Ashly explained. I soon began to tell them about both Moon and I, saying how hard I tried to get him to realize my feelings for him. "That's all?" "Yes", they soon huddled up, whispering stuff about us. They kept looking back at me looking up and down for some reason, making me feel real uncomfortable...

No one's POV:
     "Alright. We have come to a conclusion that, you haven't really done much to get any sort of emotion out of him." Mia told Sun, she looked down at the floor letting out a deep sigh. "The good thing is that we are professionals on this sort of subject. We got Lucy over here a boyfriend already, so it wouldn't be that hard to get you one" "Aren't you too young to be dating?" Sun asked her, "Aren't you to old to be single." Lucy said, giving her a glare. They all stood there in silence for a bit, Sun feeling more nervous than before.
       "Alright then. Let's get started before the day ends. First lesson, give him so compliments, tell him that he looks ok. Stuff like that" Ashley told her, "Okay, I got this" Sun muttered. She soon began to walk towards Moon, who was just getting up from his small break. "Hey Moon" "Oh hey Sunny, what's up? You need anything?" "Uhhh nope... Just wanted to say you look very nice today!" she shouted, and soon ran away. "Oh, alright. Thanks?". Sun got back to the group of teens, covering her face from embarrassment. "What was that?" Mia said, looking a bit confused. "I did what you girls told me to do" sun muttered. "No wonder her never gets the gist. It's because you send weird signals" Lucy said, as she put her phone down. "You know what. Let's do something different. Lesson 2, flirting." "Oh no..."

Moons POV:
I was chasing the kids around, playing tag with them. We all settled down on the floor, when I noticed Sun talking to that group of teens. For some reason she was waving her hands a lot, disagreeing with there ideas, but was soon pushed away. 'I wonder if everything is alright...' I thought to myself. "Look Mr. Moon! It's a drawing of my dog I drew" one of the children said, as they showed me a weird blob with 4 sticks underneath. 'That's a dog?' "That looks wonderful starlight" I told them, giving them head pats.
As I continued taking care of the children, sun came behind me. "Hey moon" "Hi sun? Is everything okay?" I asked her, as I got up from the floor. "Yea..." she paused for a moment, looking back to the teens. They kept making signs for something but I had no idea what for... she took a deep breath. "Oh my god I hate this so much... Damn, if being sexy was a crime, you'd be guilty as charged!" She said laughing nervously. "What?" "What" she soon ran away. I stood there confused not knowing what to do. 'Did she just tried to flirt with me?'

~time skip~
Suns POV:
It's almost time for the children to leave, and we made zero progress! Mia, Lucy, and Ashley where talking to each other not knowing what to do now. At this point I gaved up, there is no helping me. They soon gathered around me, "Okay, everything we have tried failed, so last option we have is going straight for it." Mia told me, "Straight for what?" I asked, "For the kiss, try getting close to him and then go for it" "HUH!? I'm not doing that!" I shouted. "Come on, it's the last idea we have, nothing else had worked" "Sorry girls, but I can't do that. Thanks for helping me do." I told them, soon leaving to go help clean up the daycare.
Soon the kids starting leaving the daycare, both Moon and I where closing up the daycare. 'Should I.... Maybe it's the only way...' I thought to myself. I walked over towards Moon, he was picking up toys from the floor. I tapped him in the shoulder, not saying anything. "Oh hey sun, are you leaving already?" He asked, I lifted his chin up slowly going down for the kiss, but soon stopped... "Umm sorry... you had a little something on your face..." I muttered, I rubbed his cheek pretending to remove something. He just sat there in shock. "There got it. Well I'm leaving now, see you tomorrow" I told him, waving goodbye as I left the daycare, even more embarrassed than before.
