Draft Ch.30

Suns POV:
          I had woken up earlier than usual, the daycare doesn't open for a while, but my stomach hurts more than usual... I got up from are bed, taking a few pain killers, hoping it will stop the pain for a while. I looked over at the time seeing it was 5am the daycare doesn't open until 7, maybe I should get the daycare  ready. Nothing much to do and Moon is still asleep. Why not start the day early!
       I quickly got changed, and started cleaning up are bedroom. It was a bit messy, since we get tired from all the hard work we had done from taking care of the children. I picked up all of are dirty clothes gathering them in a basket to go clean later. My stomach kept hurting, it felt really tight, something felt wrong... but it's been like that for a while and the pain always leaves after awhile. Maybe it's my period I haven't gotten it for a long while, for a second there I thought I was pregnant! But nah, I can already tell it's coming real soon.
     As I picked up the basket, I felt someone hug me from behind. "Morning sunshine, why are you up so early?..." Moon mumbled. "Oh! Moony you're finally awake! I'm just cleaning up are room, since it's quite messy, and my stomach isn't feeling well, so I couldn't fall asleep" I told him, putting the basket back down on the floor. I turned around facing him, giving him a kiss in the cheek. "Your stomach again?... do you want to go to a hospital to go get it checked" "Don't worry! It's probably just my period or some silly stomach bug! Nothing to be worried about-" all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain coming down from my lower region. "Eep!" "Hey! Sunny you alright!?", I clenched my stomach tightly, after a bit it finally calmed down.
   "I-im fine... just cramps" I told him, slowly standing up straight. "Are you sure!? You seemed in so much pain there for a minute maybe you-" "Im okay! You don't have to worry about me, we still have to take care of the children today and you have an interview in a few hours. We can't have you worrying over me for a simple cramp". He looked at me worriedly, holding my hands tightly "Okay... but if the pain gets any more worse you tell me, and we will go straight to the hospital. Alright" "Of course"

Moons POV:
       She soon left to go downstairs, carrying all of the dirty laundry with her. Something is definitely wrong... but what is it...
      I got changed into some jeans and a hoodie, I have an interview today. Both Sunny and I decided it was time to start a life together, since we were both getting older and taking care of the children have been tiring us both more as the time passed by. I'm going to become a security guard here at night, since I've heard they get paid real well. Even more than the glamrocks since they only have one security guard.
As I got downstairs I noticed Sun clinching her stomach tightly again... but if I point it out again, she's probably going to say some sort of excuse just to not go to the hospital. I know she hates going there, because of the horrible memory's, but she's in pain and she needs to go get it checked out!. I rushed over next to her quickly, "Hey Sun! Are you alright!? Here let me go-" she quickly cut me off "Don't! Please... I'll be fine..." "Sunny please..." "if we go to the hospital- NGH! Y-you won't get the job..." she muttered. "I'll call my brother okay... if it does get worse, we will message you and go to the hospital together... okay". I looked at her, seeing that she was in verge of tears. "Okay... promise me you will contact me right away okay..." "don't worry, you will be the first person I will call". I gabbed her a quick kiss, soon helping her get up from the floor. "I'll see you in a bit. I'll try and come as soon as possible okay..." I told her, "You'll do great honey, you got this".

No one's POV:
Moon soon left the daycare, leaving Sun alone for a while. Little did they both know, this was the last time they would be talking to each other...

~time skip~
Children ran all over the daycare, playing around having fun as usual. But this time the daycare attendant wasn't playing with them as she would normally do. She was sitting down on the floor holding her stomach tightly. The pain worsening over time, feeling like her body was on the burst on collapsing. She had finally given in and called her older brother.

~Ring Ring~
Solar: hello? Who is this?
Sun: AGH!!... I-its me
Solar: Oh! Sun, is everything alright?! You sound in pain!?
Sun: I'm fine... c-can you please come to the daycare... please
Solar: I'll be there in 10 minutes. Don't move. I'll be there really quick.
Sun: thanks...

Beep Beep

The call soon ended, she slowly put her phone down on the floor. She took a few deep breaths trying to calm her breathing as much as possible.

Suns POV:
I tried to relax as much as possible, everything hurts so much... as the children played around, there was screaming coming outside of the daycare. Loud gun shots where heard from outside, everyone went quiet. My heart dropped... 'This can't be happening right now! NGH!! I have to get all of the children quickly!' I slowly got up, holding to the play structures for support, all of the children rushed towards me, some of them already crying. "I'm scared!" "I want to go home!" "We're going to die!!!", they kept shouting. I felt my heart raising, everything was going numb.... Until I felt water fall down my legs... "Oh no..." everyone went quiet. Gun shots where heard coming closer to the daycare, screaming getting louder and louder.
"E-everyone please run towards the cloud corner! Don't make to much noise" I whispered shouted. They all ran towards the cloud corner, while I slowly made my way using the play structures for support. A lot of thoughts ran through my head 'IM PREGNANT!? Why right now! Please not right now!!! I have to get to safety, and take care of the children!' The pain got even more worse 'I want to scream, but I have to stay quiet! I have to hold in the pain, but it hurts so bad!!' I had finally made my way towards the children, they were all in the corner hiding already. "I-is everyone alright! Are we missing somebody!" I whispered shouted, "Milly is not here!". The gun shouts where closer now, it sounded like they were at the front doors. I took a quick peek outside, I spotted Milly in the play structures crying. "S-shit... Okay I want everyone hidden now. Don't get out of your hiding spots for no reason. If you hear someone that you don't recognize, don't get out. J-just keep hiding until you hear me or your parents." I told them. I soon left holding my breath, not wanting to make any noise. There was loud thuds and bangs coming from behind the door, they where trying to get inside.
They where finally able to break down the door, and I had finally caught Millys eye. Luckily they haven't noticed us... my whole body hurts, but I just have to get her to safety, and everything will be fine.

No one's POV:
Sun was standing in the opposite play structure from her, she put her finger up to her mouth signaling to be quiet. Milly nodded and waited for the danger to look to an opposite direction so she could make a run for it. They turned around heading towards the security desk, just as they did Milly ran towards sun, but soon tripped. A loud thud was heard. Both Sun and the shooters heard it. Sun turned quickly to the shooters noticing they where ready to fire, she ran towards Milly. Ignoring every pain she felt in her body.

Sun was shot 3 times hitting some in her chest, "Run..." she passed out on the floor. Blood surrounding her body.... Milly soon ran away, getting out of sight from the shooters, but leaving Sun lifeless on the floor.
