Chapter 9

Solars POV:
    It's been a while since I had went to the daycare, or spend any time with my little sister without us just arguing about me being too 'over protective' as she says it. Yesterday she came all flustered from work, what has been happening over there? She wouldn't let me even let me in her room that night, all I heard was faint screaming coming from her room.
Would it hurt if I just spend a day at her work? Dosnt hurt to try... but that does mean having to stay and take care of children. I don't hate them, but it's just when they climb all over you, and when the older kids start talking shit about you behind your back that bothers me.
     It was early in the morning, Sun was getting ready to go to work. I was also ready to leave, but now I just have to ask for permission, since she did ban me from coming. "Hey Solar where are you going?" She asked, seeing me all dressed ready to leave, "I was wondering if maybe I can come to work with you" I told her, getting both of our lunches and car keys. "Huh?!" "Look, I won't do anything bad, I just want to spend some time with you at your job" I told her, "Why? You aren't just being paranoid again are you?" She asked me, as she blocked the door. "I promise, I just want to spend some time with my little sister. Is that to much to ask?" "Hmm... Alright you can come, just don't make a huge scene with moon again." She said, finally moving out of the way, "Alright! Let's get going". We soon drove off to the Mega Pizza Plex, heading over to her work.

~at the daycare~
Moon's POV:
I was waiting for Sunny to arrive to work, it was already time to open up, but it felt off if she wasn't there with me. 'Where is Sun at? She isn't usually this late' I thought to myself, I looked back at my watch, realizing we were suppose to open 10 minutes ago. The parents are going to get mad if I leave them hanging any longer, I can't procrastinate any longer. As I was letting all of the children in, I saw two people running towards here. As they got closer I saw Sun running quickly towards me, with her brother following behind. 'I wonder why Solar is here?' "Sorry I'm late!-" she shouted, both now trying to catch there breath, like if they just came from running a marathon. "It's alright, don't worry. Just next time try contacting me if you are, so I can open the daycare" I told her. After a long pause she was somehow back to normal, "I brought my brother, he said he wanted to join us for today", I looked next to her seeing him still trying to catch his breath, but gaved us a thumbs up. We all got inside the daycare, I went to the security desk getting an ID badge for Solar, putting his name with a marker. "Your going to have to wear this, just for staff and the parents to see that you work here" I told him, "I'm not working here, I'm just here to supervise the both of you.". "Alright?... I will be walking around making sure the children are safe. If you need anything come look for either sun or I" i told him, soon leaving him alone.
As I walked around the daycare, I felt someone watching me. I turned around looking at everyone, seeing if I could spot them. It wasn't Sunny or the kids... so who could it be? I kept looking, then I spotted Solar staring right at me for some reason. I waved to him, but he soon turned around, realizing he was caught. "Umm alright...", I didn't really there was a kid in front of me. "Hey Mr. Moon! Can we play duck duck goose?" One of the children asked, "Of course we can firefly, tell everyone to gather up in the middle of the daycare so we can all play" I told them. They soon ran off telling the other children in the daycare to gather all together to play.
We where now all in the middle, I was sitting across Sun. Solar was just standing up right behind her. "Come on Solar, join in! It will be fun!" Sun told him, but he denied "Sorry Sun, but I'm to tired and to old to play little kid games" he said. "Aww, okay you can stand over there. If you change your mind you can always join in" he soon left, leaving all of us to finally start the game.

No ones POV:
"Alright everyone! You all know the rules on duck duck goose, if you get caught by the goose you sit in the middle. No cheating alright, play nice and no fighting" Sun said. It all started off normal, little Timmy started off, walking around everyone. "Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Goose!" He shouted, they started running around the circle. He almost got caught, but he made it in time, "Okay now it's your turn, do the exact thing Timmy did" Sun told them. After 5 rounds, it was finally Suns turn to go around everyone. "Duck... Duck... Goose!" it landed on Moon. As she ran, she tripped and fell, Moon also falling with her. "Are you alright" "Sorry! I accidentally fell" she turned her body around, as soon as she did she realized Moon was on top of her. Her face turned bright red, as she saw the position they where in. You know who also noticed this... Solar. He quickly made his way over to the both of them, pushing Moon off of her. "Sun are you alright?! Are you hurt?!" He asked worriedly, ignoring the fact Moon also fell. "I'm alright, I'm used to falling down" she told him, Solar helped her up from the floor. As moon was about to get up, he pushed him back down to the floor glaring at him. "I'm so sorry, are you alright Moony?" Sun asked Moon, helping him up from the floor, "I'm alright don't worry, let's continue the game".
"Hey Sun, you don't mind if I join mid way through the game" Solar asked, as he got in the center of the circle, some of the kids stared at him. Noticing his height and Moons height difference, "where so going to loose..." one of the muttered. "I thought you said this game is for kids~" she said teasingly, "Well I changed my mind, let's get started". After a few rounds, moon was now the one to walk around everyone, "Duck, Duck, Goose!". It landed to a kid who was sitting next to Solar, "hey kid you don't mind if I take this one" he said, signaling the kid to sit back down. As Moon jogged in a slow pace thinking it was one of the children chasing after him, but soon realized it was Solar. Everyone started shouting "Run!" "Catch him!" "Go!". As solar stood up, he dead stare right at Moon "Oh no..." "Start running Moon boy." Solar said in a threatening voice. They both started running, quickly around the children, 'I'm almost halfway there just keep running!' Moon thought. Sun saw the both of them go full on out on this round, "Aww there having fun!". Just as moon got to his area, Solar full on tackled him "MOON!". "Sorry I tripped." Solar said, as he got off of Moon, Sun came running towards the both of them. "Moon are you okay! Solar why did you did that?!" she shouted, "I tripped" he lied again, soon leaving back to his original spot. "I-I'm alright... just my leg hurts..." he muttered.
