(MY's Sweet Simple Series with Miyoung)

Miyoung: Tomorrow I have a schedule so I originally was planning on starving... But, I couldn't sleep because I was hungry so I'm going to grill some meat.

(Sprinkling pepper)

Miyoung: I'm rationalizing with myself so I've got some sweet corn

(Splitting the corn vigorously)

Miyoung: Grilled onions with cheese.

(A simple plate of food is ready)

Miyoung: Since I am eating anyways I might as well get a good proper meal. I added cheese and kimchi.

(You said you were going to keep it simple)

Miyoung: I'll start cooking when the butter is soft and melted top with plenty of corn and cheese on top.

(Corn cheese is the most delicious combination)

Miyoung: Cheese is more flavorful the more you put in. I only added a little since I had a little cheese left... Still the meat have not been cooked. I'm so hungry so I thawed some frozen seaweed soup.

(Thrilled since it's finally starting to cook)

Miyoung: I had a lot of fun grilling it on the little cooking plate I feel like I'm at a real campground.

(It's softer and more moist when you cook it right away)
(The flow of food shouldn't be interrupted so keep refilling the meat and eating meat. Wrapping the meat with onion makes it a hundred times more delicious!)

Miyoung: Dessert is sweet corn cheese one of the foods to avoid when on a diet

(I ate it so that's good enough for me)

Miyoung: Good morning! I craved gopchang hotpot so I bought a meal kit. It say after soaking it in cold water for about 30 minutes we just boil it once which is super simple.

(Emptying the packet)

Miyoung: Since there was a little bit of vegetables I think it would be good to add more vegetables that are resting in the refrigerator. It takes less than 15 minutes to cook, so it's easy to eat when you don't have time!

(A very happy combination for noodle lovers = kalguksu noodles)

Miyoung: I've added bean sprouts to give it a fresh flavor and the Gopchang hot pot is ready!

(Preparing a steak : season with olive oil, salt, and pepper)

Miyoung: Miyoung: The meat looks so good before it's even grilled.

(Lid to keep out the unwanted smoke)

Miyoung: I'm not a fan of watery textures so I'm cooking it as much as possible without making it too chewy!

(Garnishes include onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and pineapple)

Miyoung: It goes great with mashed potato salad

(Finished cooking the steak. Prepare the rice to eat)

Miyoung: Rice balls tastes delicious just with seaweed flakes and sesame oil. I am going to eat it with Gopchang hot pot so I seasoned it lightly.

(Finish it off with some savory sesame seeds)

Miyoung: Nowadays I crave noodles more than rice and the kalguksu noodles was very chewy.
