"Why are you still awake?" Imelda sat down on her bed, intending for her words to reach Amaya's consciousness but she was way too out of it, to even be aware of her fellow Bedroom Companion. Of course she was still ready to get that book on her own because Professor Fig chose to let it simmer a little longer instead. But she most definitely wasn't ready for breaking the rules like that and especially breaking them with him. "By my broom, are you sleeping with your eyes open?" Imelda made her way to Amaya's bed, leaning over her and into her view, making her shriek. "Are you insane?! Don't scare me like that." The Slytherin seeker crossed her arms, furrowing her eyebrows at the new student. "I was talking to you since I came in here, you just chose to ignore me, it seems." Amaya sat up, letting her hands slowly slide over her face for a moment as if to escape Imelda's piercing gaze. She didn't notice any of what she just mentioned to her. "What did you ask? Sorry, I'm a little out of it lately..." The witch laughed at that, sitting down on Amaya's bed without further permission, as if they've been friends forever. It wasn't like they didn't know each other since they've been racing against each other. Amaya had to try out the upgrades for her broom as a favor for Mister Weekes, getting back to him to tell him about her ideas for further Upgrades. "Don't be silly. You're not out of it lately." She almost felt like Imelda was trying to console her but let out a heavy sigh as she opened her mouth to continue with a big but.
"You're out of it because of what happened yesterday. I saw you and Sebastian. I couldn't believe it for a second but gods above, that was hot for some reason." Amaya couldn't help the foot aiming for Imelda so she would fall of the bed. "Ay, don't you dare!" Before she could blink her leg was frozen, not able to hit the seeker as she originally intended to, giving the Slytherin girl time to stand up on her own again. "Don't be offended by that it was supposed to be a compliment. I could have also said it almost made me puke but I didn't." As Amaya's leg unfroze and she rubbed it hastily as if it would fall off if she didn't warm it immediately, Imelda bit her lip thoughtfully. "What exactly is that thing between you and him?" They both looked at each other immediately, trying to see what the other one was thinking as if their eyes were mirrors to their soul. But opposite to Amaya, Imelda didn't have the lifelong practice of concealing emotions when it was needed. While there was no expression on her face, not even a single feeling in her gaze, the seeker had thousands of them written upon her. Her stance, her hands playing with her robe, her eyes and the small jealous glimmer in them. She didn't seem like the type to be interested in people like Sebastian. "Is it a situationship or something serious." – "Neither. We were drunk. I told him it never happened and he agreed to it, so we let it go. Don't you worry." Amaya dropped the eye contact, looking down on her bed covers as if to escape the intense Jealousy that radiated from her fellow Slytherin. She didn't seem too content with that answer but it was better than admitting to a relationship or something similar. "You should keep your distance from him." The silence after that almost felt heavy on their bodies, bringing Amaya to clench her jaw weirdly, unsure what that was supposed to mean. Couldn't she just say: keep your hands off him, I want Sebastian Sallow to be mine.
"Is that a thread?" – "It's a well-meant piece of advice." She could definitely see that. The dark glance and only now understanding how she lied about her feelings seeing them together yesterday. She must have exploded when Sebastian kissed her on the dance floor and it somehow made Amaya feel good about herself. She guessed everyone had their evil tendencies, didn't they? "Then it will surely interest you how I'm meeting up with him now." All her emotions dropped off her face like a mask, not able to believe what the new student just said that. Imelda has been trying to get close to Sebastian since 5th year and then some new witch just came along to snatch him away? She wouldn't let her do that. "No, you're not." – "What do you mean I'm not? He's already waiting for me darling." Imelda almost exploded from the hot rage within her, taking another step forward, only to be met with Amaya's sudden height as she stood up. This was the kind of standoff she was trying to prevent yesterday with Sallow as they were in the middle of hundreds of people but right now there was no one except for them, so she didn't mind a little bit of dueling fun if it came to that. "Where?" the Seeker whispered dangerously low, making Amaya crack a little smile. "Where what?" – "Where are you meeting him?!" The sudden change in volume startled her but she wasn't going to flinch away from Imelda. She was really out of it if she thought, Amaya would tell her that. She promised Sebastian to not tell anyone but seeing this look upon Imelda's face was just too delicious to not mention their secret meeting to her. "Yeah, because I would tell you that. Just go to sleep and don't expect to see me before classes start. I might just stay the night." A mischievous smile formed on her lips, before passing the Seeker with a dark red head, stunned by how Amaya's attitude changed towards her in just a matter of minutes. She might be afraid of Ranrok or Rookwood but most definitely not of Imelda Reyes.
