[slight mentions of sexual assault]"She lied, didn't she?"
"Yes... But not the way you wished for her to lie about it."Sebastian has been laying upon the hospital bed for some time now, his desire to join dinner rather non-existent. The thought of all those beasts in their cages, frightened to death still made his stomach turn, a wave of nausea at every glimpse that haunted him. The blood on his hands was like a tint he couldn't get rid of no matter how many times he'd wash his hands, no matter which soap or potion he'd use. He wasn't sorry. He'd never be sorry for what he did because those poachers deserved it as much as all those goblins did. The pain in his right leg was rather numb after all the medicine the nurses made him drink and swallow, leaving Sebastian behind as they fetched something to eat as all the other teachers and professors would. She didn't come back to check on him... Of course she wasn't going to, he understood that. Even if she forgave him she wouldn't forget what he did. A sigh escaped the wizard as he opened his eyes, his hope to catch a glimpse of sleep after being awake for almost two days, crushed. He couldn't quiet his mind.
The sound of footsteps on the marble down the hall made him turn his head, expecting Kaya eager to catch a moment of quiet with him. She's been glancing at him with that veil on her eyes since he got here and he definitely wasn't in the mood to talk with one of his past situationships... But instead the familiar black and green robes of Amaya came his way, the witch smiling at him slightly as Sebastian forced his upper body into a seating position. She actually came to see him. "Why aren't you at dinner?" He watched her approach him, taking her time to answer his question until she was close enough to look him up and down. "I was on my way there but I figured I should come see you. Of what I heard, that injury seems rather serious." Her fingertips carefully traveled over his healthy leg as she eyed the wound, completely closed by now, a few stitches holding his skin together until all of the flesh would grow back together in the effects of the various potions they gave him. Sebastian furrowed his brows as he watched the witch, confused by her words. Of course the injury was serious but she was the one who ripped her shirt on that clearing, to wrap the fabric around his thigh, cutting off the blood circulation for their way back to Hogwarts, after all. Now Amaya just seemed like she hasn't seen him in ages. "I see the way you look at me in the halls Sebastian." Yeah, as if that wasn't obvious. He looked at her like that when she was right in front of him as well. Her fingertips stopped their journey shortly before they reached his hip, making eye contact for the first time since she came here. "Tell me what it is that you feel for me."
"What?" Was she under the influence of Garrett's herbs again? Under normal circumstances Amaya wouldn't even look at him this intimately and now she was standing right beside him, her fingers upon his leg, her mesmerizing eyes focused on his face as if they never had a glimpse of hate standing between them. "Tell me Sebastian... I won't be able to sleep until I am certain." The wizard blinked a few times, turning his face away in order to comprehend her words, the different tone to her voice as if she cried or screamed before coming here, but she seemed rather happy and carefree. Something was off about her, he knew Amaya enough to sense that. "I don't think this is a good time to talk about things like that." - "Why wouldn't it be?" The witch raised an eyebrow at him as she realized he was avoiding her gaze, interpreting it as shyness when it was not. He never got shy around her. "No one is here Sebastian. Except for you and me..." Her hand laid upon his chest, carefully pushing him back onto the mattress, climbing on top of him and strangling his hips. Luckily he was mostly numb from his hips downward, her weight no impact on his pain. Did she have a change of heart after he told her how incredibly sorry he was? After he saved her hippogriff of those poachers, that collapsing arena? After he saved her? Twice?
If she did, he'd gladly accept it since he's been begging for it for weeks now. Waiting for her to forgive him so they could move on together... And now she was here, on top of him, forcing a blush to creep upon his cheeks. Maybe he got shy after all... "Look at you." Amaya smiled down at him, her fingertips brushing over his cheeks, admiring the red tint on his face she caused. "All nervous because of me?" Sebastian wasn't used to this kind of dominance in her voice but he had to admit it did something to him. "Do you like that?" He whispered back, his tongue nervously wetting his lips, eyeing her face for a moment, those soft features and high cheekbones that seemed to glimmer in the dim light of the hospital wing. She was astounding... "I do. I enjoy knowing I have some sort of power over you." Her breath was hot against his lips, a chill running down his spine and warming his stomach. Good lord... His hands automatically sought out their spot on her hips, his nails digging into the fabric of her robe that was draped all over him. She wasn't as warm as he was used to but he didn't particularly mind since the feeling of her lips on his was everything on Sebastian's mind right now. How her tongue brushed against him, her fingers digging into his shoulders for support...
