"RAZOR!"

Bennet was almost there, just a few inches away. But he wouldn't be able to make it to him before he hit the floor.

Without thinking, he slid on his knees across the hard ground. He felt the burning pain inflicted on his knees and shins.

But as soon as he slid, Bennett found the comforting touch of Razor's body plummeting into his arms.

When he picked up his head and looked at Razor's face, a dreading anxiety crept over himself.

Razor's breathing was unsteady and he was growing paler by the second.

Within seconds, Bennett didn't hesitate to scoop Razor up  into the air, holding him bridal style while rushing in one direction.

"W-Wait, Bennett!" Fischl broke into a run after him as well.

"Where are you going?" she yelled, trying to catch up to him, Oz right behind her.

Bennett kept running, with a worried yet extremely agitated face, and did not bother to look at Fischl. He could feel himself heating up from neck to ear.

Fischl kept her pace as she caught up to him and she frowned. Maybe he didn't hear her?

"Bennett, where-"

Bennett quickly caught her off guard and turned the corner to run up a flight of stairs.

She slid around awkwardly and just stayed behind him as they continued to the cathedral.

Bennett skid to a stop frantically in front of the grand doors, looking down at Razor in his two arms.

Fischl was a decent distance away still, but Bennett screamed loudly at her to open the door.

"Okay, okay, hold on, I'm coming!" Fischl yelled back, running towards the cathedral.

Bennett's heart was beating a little too fast for comfort, and he burst in an outrage towards Fischl.

"FUCKING HURRY AND OPEN THE DOORS, FISCHL!" He screeched at the top of his lungs, making Razor tremble.

In shock, Fischl sped up and slammed the door handles open quickly, Bennett bolting in.

Despite the reasonable amount of people inside of the church, Bennett still yelled for someone.

"BARBARA?!? BARBARA!" He yelled, his voice cracking and shaking. He could feel the hot tears forming in the corners of his green eyes.

Barbara turned from around the corner in a rush, a stern look on her face.

"Now who in the name of Barbatos is yelling so loud?!" She asked, crossing her arms harshly.

"BARBARA, BARBARA! PLEASE, HELP!" Bennett wailed, running over to her.

When she heard and saw the urgency of the matter, she quickly told everyone to excuse themselves from the cathedral.

"Here, here! Place him here," Barbara said, clearing off a small wooden bench.

Bennett quickly obeyed, gently setting him down and looking towards Barbara. It was like he could read her mind, quickly explaining what happened.

"Honestly, I really don't know... I just saw him kind of dozing around, and then he blacked out..." Bennett murmured, then turned to Fischl.

"Fischl, you were there, right? What happened?"

Fischl blankly stared before talking.

"O-Oh, um... I don't really know either, I just kind of walked away for a minute or two and when I looked back, he was stumbling around..." she said quietly, twiddling with her thumbs.
