Atlas

She didn't reply my text or calls

She was ignoring me again and I was so close to loosing my fucking mind

I was so close to driving over to her place last night but I knew that she needed some time to herself

I was more than happy that it was Friday and not the weekend, I rushed to work so I could finally see her and ask her why she just left the day before

But what did I find when I got to work?

She wasn't there

I was speed walking to the corner that held my assistants desk and my office but rather than seeing both my assistants, I saw only one and it wasn't Lana

When I asked, Justin had told me that she had offered to join Cameron to supervise a important project that was to be carried out by the customer service department

So I decided to be patient and wait for her to come back

Two hours later, I went out to find that she still wasn't at her desk and so I asked Justin if she was back and he said that she came back briefly and then offered to help him inspect the printing format for one of the newest book of one of our authors

I seriously wanted to believe earlier that she had just been doing her job and wasn't intentionally making herself unavailable but it was so freaking obvious that she was indeed avoiding me

I moved to go back to my office to wait again but then I thought

Fuck patience

I was going to get my woman

So I turned right back and headed towards the elevator all the while ignoring Justin's confused look

By the time I got to the printing floor, I went in search of Lana

Luckily this floor had just a few amount of workers which meant that I wouldn't have employees all up in my business

I glanced into the equipment room and found the woman that had given me a sleepless night

There was way too many eyes in there to just go in and grab her so I waited patiently for her outside

After a twenty minute wait, I found that I should really be having nothing to do with patience

I was already moving to go in when she came out

She didn't even see me until I grabbed her hand and dragged her along with me

When she finally realized who was dragging her away, she began to stutter

"At- Mr Kn-night, what a-are you doing?" She asked

I ignored her question and kept stringing her along until we got to one of the empty rooms I had seen on my way to finding her

Once we were in, I locked the door and pushed her until her front was plastered on the door

"A-Atlas!" She explained sounding so nervous

I placed both my hands against the door, successfully caging her in

"Why have you been ignoring me?" I asked her angrily

"I- I .. Atlas please, we shouldn't be here" she stuttered out

"I own the fucking building Lana, we can be anywhere I want" I said pissed that she was trying to avoid the topic

"You left me" I said softly, not being able to hide my hurt anymore
