First Encounters and Another Ghoul

Izumi started officially doing vigilante work at the age of 12, she looked like a short 16-year-old as she looked more mature, and she would only do it once per month if she needed food but would do it more if she felt heroic. Her costume at the start was a very girly look with a long skirt, blouse, hoodie, and thigh-high socks with her face covered by her mask with bandages covering her left eye as that eye was the one that stayed normal. Her vigilante costume had evolved from the previous description to a long, heavy hooded coat that went down below her knees providing enough movement to fight while disguising her form as well as protecting her, and standard trousers and t-shirt for flexibility.
It took until she was 14 till she had a run-in with the underground hero Eraserhead, who had been following her trails of dead perverts wondering what could be causing the deaths of these people.
Izumi had saved a woman from a thug the day before and the description of her had been shared on the news had been spread: "a potentially dangerous vigilante who wears a black hooded coat, casual clothes underneath, a black oni mask with gold teeth with a zip around the mouth area, and bandages over their left eye, they also appear to have white hair with emerald green tips fading into it. Gender:unknown Age:between 14 and 18. Goes by the moniker of 'Lamia', Villains call them the 'One-eyed demon' of Shizuoka. Active for the past two years." The News Reporter said exposing the details provided by the witness and inferences made from activities undertaken.
"Shit, that is me." Izumi, in her vigilante getup, said under her breath, watching a large screen, crouching on a rooftop, the tails of her coat flowing gently in the wind
She spots a villain threatening a pair of women for their money, she drops down silently, exposing her Ukaku slightly to slow the fall before retracting them, and walked up to the three people in the alleyway.
"Who are you?" The man says as Izumi's figure gradually lights up.
"Someone you should fear," she says, looking up her emerald right eye glowing in the ambient light.
A short fight ensues where the man tried to stab Izumi with his quirk but she dodged all of the attempts, getting closer and landing two strikes on his chest before axe-kicking him to the top of the head, knocking him out. She retreats to the roof again and starts walking after the two girls, (Who will later be Katsuki's classmates, Kyoka Jiro and Mina Ashido) helped hand in the criminal to the heroes and police.
A carbon fibre cloth zips past her head, which she grabbed and pulled on it, dragging the Hero to her and allowing them to talk.
"Finally, some time to talk with my favourite hero," Izumi says, half smiling behind her mask.
"Why do you do this, Lamia?" He asks, flattered as her emerald eye glows in the moonlight.
"I do what I do so people don't have to experience the despair I felt 7 years ago when my parents and friends were killed." Izumi said, the bandage getting damp from her tears, "I wish that no one should have to go through what I went through."
"Then why don't you become a hero," Eraserhead asks, tilting his head in curiosity.
"I would, but heroes are at least partially responsible for my people's deaths, I'd rather stay a vigilante, Eraser," Izumi says, replaying the events of that dreadful day in her mind.
"Fair enough, but I will still have to chase you. You are technically a criminal," He says, standing up.
"I accept that Aizawa, although I don't have a quirk so I'm not in the wrong and I leave them for one of your lot to capture so I'm not breaking the law," Izumi said agreeing with the hero and proving her point.
"Let's get going now, don't want to get caught up with each other's business too long," Izumi says jumping away to find another victim as her hunger was starting to take hold, Aizawa simply rappelled down the building with his capture weapon.
She found a man trying to force himself onto a girl, shooed her off after breaking his grip, and killed him with a couple of well-placed Ukaku shards then ate part of his body, including part of his arms legs and torso while leaving parts of him untouched, this was a calling card of hers that heroes had yet to catch onto.

A year later, Izumi heard of a little group called the Shie Hassaikai who were experimenting on a child off the street from a couple of Trigger junkies.
She visited the Bakugous after 8 years which was a surprise for them to see how much she'd grown as she was taller than all three of them at 5'10", how they did not recognise her at first until she called Mitsuki and Masaru "Auntie and Uncle" All three of the Pomeranians dog-piled her into a big hug and started talking about how they missed her. After the reunion, she went back to her home and got ready for the raid on the Yakuza base for the child.
Once she arrived, she could tell something was up, she could smell another ghoul,
"There are too many people, I'm going to have to use my Kagune, which means no survivors," she said, a smile spreading across her masked face.
She jumped down from a building opposite the base and walked inside.
A lower-ranking Yakuza guard spotted her signature coat and outfit as she turned to face him, her Kakugan glowing in the dimly lit hallway,
"The One-eyed Demon is a ghoul, kill it," the man says, alerting many nearby group members before dying to her kagune. She shot and stabbed all of the Hassaikai members with her Rinkaku and Ukaku Chimera Kagune until she got to Overhaul.
"So Lamia has finally come to face me, it seems the Demon will peri-" Overhaul starts monologing before being cut off by her split Ukaku slashing his face and slitting his throat simultaneously.
"Stop monologing, idiot," she says, taking off her hood, mask, and the bandages underneath.
She follows the smell of another ghoul to a small room, which held a small 5-year-old girl who seems to have been the subject of their experiments.
"Don't come closer," the little girl says in a panic
"Why not?" Izumi questions innocently
"Because I'm a ghoul," the little girl says with her left eye becoming a Kakugan
"Oh dear, I guess we're one and the same," Izumi says, her right eye switching to black and red.
"You're just like me," the girl says, eyes lighting up. "I'm Eri, what's your name?"
"I'm Izumi. How about... I become your mama. How does that sound, Eri," Izumi says, smiling brighter than moonlight.
"I would love that, Mama," Eri said, lighting up Izumi's world
"Let's eat and then get home," Izumi says, carrying Eri to Overhaul's corpse while she ate Shin Nemoto, an equally annoying yakuza member.
They went home afterwards and fell asleep in each other's arms like mother and daughter.
