Reunited and a New Family

A full day after the previous chapter, Touka and Ayato were in Izumi's room on her double bed. Izumi was asleep at her desk in the room, exhausted from the manifestation of her Kakuja and carrying the other two into the room the day before and making sure Eri was fed. Each ghouls mask was resting on a surface in the room: the Kirishima siblings' masks were on their own separate sets of drawers on either side of the bed, Izumi still had hers on and Eri's was next to Izumi staring into the star-painted abyss that was the ceiling of Izumi's room.
Eri walked into the room not long before 10 am that morning to see all of the 'adults' asleep, she decided to wake Izumi up as quietly as possible. They went downstairs, and make some coffee for all of them, just as Ayato was waking up, they make their way upstairs and walk into the room.
"What who are you two," Ayato said after bolting up to see a small girl with red eyes and silver hair and a tall young woman with white hair with green tips and brilliant emerald eyes wearing an oni mask, holding cups of coffee. He had also woken Touka with his questioning.
"Ayato, Touka, do you not recognise your old Friend, Izumi" Izumi said removing her mask.
Both of the siblings leapt at her and hugged her to the ground.
"Mama, who are these two people?" Eri said sipping her coffee.
The siblings' faces contorted in shock at hearing Eri call Izumi "Mama"
"These two idiots are my old childhood friends, Eri," she says getting up and scooping up Eri who had just finished her mug of coffee, and then putting her back down.
Touka and Eri leave Ayato and Izumi alone. Despite being the same age as her, Ayato is significantly shorter only being about 5'4" while she is 5'10", so a bit embarrassing.
"I've missed you," the two say in unison leaning into a hug
"You know I always had a crush on you ever since we were 4, we were so close, but that day tore us apart," Ayato said, clutching her tighter, his head in her chest as tears started falling.
"I've missed you too, I have to admit I also had a crush on you, Ayato," Izumi said bending down slightly so she could look at him face to face.
"Izumi, will you be my girlfriend," Ayato asked
"Only if you act like a father to Eri," she said laughing a little.
"I will be the best father to Eri that I can be, plus that means Touka is now an aunt," Ayato said also laughing.
He picked her up bridal style which shocked her and kissed her to which she reciprocated, he then carried her downstairs and surprised Touka by standing there in the doorway, he then put her down before she walked over to Eri and Touka.
"Just so you know, Touka, me and Ayato just confessed and got together," Izumi whispered to Touka.
"When will I get a Papa," Eri said pulling on the edge of Izumi's skirt.
"You already have a Papa now," Izumi said hugging her
"Who is it," Eri said her eyes becoming brighter.
Izumi pointed at Ayato standing behind the kitchen counter drinking what remains of his coffee and placing the mug onto the counter.
"Papa, pick me up," Eri says running up to him and hugging his leg.
"Oh, sure snowdrop, I would love to bond with my new daughter," Ayato said picking her up.
Izumi went over to Touka and whispered about her being an Aunt now which instantly made her turn red as a tomato.
At that moment, A knocking came from the door and Izumi opened it to meet Bakugou and his classmates Ochako Uraraka and Eijiro Kirishima (Touka and Ayato's cousin).
"Oh, Kat, you brought two of your classmates, let me guess she saw you press the button and he is in the know about me," Izumi said in a tone that could be described as half sarcastic asshole and half welcoming.
"Yeah, what of it," Bakugou said as he walked in with the two heroes in training behind him following.
The Kirishima siblings turn to the doorway to see a tall-ish boy with bright red hair standing there. Ayato at that moment put Eri down who scampered her way back to Izumi.
"Ei? Is that you," the siblings said in unison walking to the boy with crimson hair and hugging him.
"Tou, Yato, it is me, where have you been for the past nine years,"
"Same as Izumi, feigning death," Ayato said pointing to Izumi who had a sleeping Eri on her shoulder.
"Wait didn't Izumi come in and have Eri beat our asses," Ochako said feeling sidelined by the group,
"Sorry, pink cheeks, just experiencing some family catch-up time, apparently shitty hair and those two are cousins," Bakugou said standing there taking it in.
"Forgot to mention, all of us have something in common, being at the USJ," Izumi said running upstairs to grab the masks for all of the ghouls.
"AS IN," Eijiro shouted up the stairs before going back to Bakugou.
Izumi came down hiding hers and Eri's faces and passed the Kirishima siblings their masks as they turned around and put them on before turning around, masks on and eyes activated, A sight that would scare any normal person as six Red glowing eyes emanated from that room, two pairs and two singular eyes.
"They're all Ghouls! And Izumi and Eri are Lamia and Fukuro, the Mother and daughter ghoul vigilantes." Ochako said nearly passing out before being caught by Bakugou.
"Yeah, news from the USJ got out that Lamia and Fukuro were ghouls and heroes have been told not to engage," Bakugou said worrying for their safety.
"Wow, I may be related to ghouls but I don't have the Rc count to have the traits," Eijiro said slightly disheartened, "Although I never knew you were a Half-Ghoul, Izumi,"
"Why do you think I adopted Eri, she's just like me," Izumi said as she cuddled Eri more, "Ayato is her Adoptive father and my boyfriend, he's done well."
"What is reproduction like for a ghoul," Uraraka said curiously.
"From my knowledge, being born half-ghoul, Hell, a full ghoul mother has to eat a mixture of human flesh and human food so the baby can survive as her body will try to absorb the baby for nutrition," Izumi said telling her knowledge as experienced by her mother.
"Oh, so ghoul and half-Ghoul mothers have to weaken themselves to keep the child alive," Ochako said in response,
"Yes, I'll have to put myself through that if I ever want children," Izumi replied looking down.
"Don't worry we'll support you if you want to, I will most of all," Ayato said, manifesting one of his Ukaku wings and wrapping it around Izumi, trying to cheer her up.
The 3 Musketeers caught up with the Ghoul family and found out that Eri was diagnosed with high-functioning Autism, before leaving they wished the family, luck on their future hunts and endeavours and promised to keep a secret.
