The News Interview

A figurative army of news reporters fell upon Izumi and her family, asking question after question while allowing her to answer the questions.
"We saw the One-eyed Owl here a minute ago, where is it," one of the reporters asked,
"Oh, she's gone off to eat, she should be back in a few minutes," Izumi said.
The reporters understood what she meant.
"What is going on with the snake-like armour and the horned crown," another reporter asked.
"This armour is something called a kakuja, it's caused by an excess of Rc cells, strong emotion or ghoul cannibalism, mine was a mix of all three," Izumi answered.
"What is your relation to the One-eyed Owl, you two have very similar titles," that same reporter asked
"The One-eyed Owl, she's technically my Godmother but she's also my Aunt as my mother was her half-sister," Izumi replied.
"So that explains the similarity in codenames," another reporter says
"To answer any questions about my Codenames, to the criminals and villains of Shizuoka I'm the One-eyed Demon, to most of society I'm the One-eyed Queen, to heroes I'm Lamia but to ghouls and this is my full title and code name, I am Lamia, The One-eyed Queen." Izumi declared.
"Have you heard of a ghoul in Tokyo called Eyepatch," a female reporter asked,
"In fact, he was here in Shizuoka for the battle, he's an artificial half-Ghoul, as opposed to me, Owl and Fukuro, we are all natural half-Ghouls," Izumi said.
By this time, Eto had returned.
"In our records, we call him the Centipede Crow, due to his kakuja mask being beaked and two of his Rinkaku looking like a centipede," Eto said barging into the conversation.
"Whose the bandaged woman," yet another Reporter asked.
"That is the Owl," Ayato jutted in.
Eri and Izumi deactivated their Kakuja, Eri's kagune disappeared and Izumi fell to the ground but was caught by Ayato who replaced her mask as it had fallen off when she transformed. When she stood back up she towered over many of the people gathered around her, aside from a few heroes like Eraserhead and Best Jeanist who are both over 6 feet tall.
"What is the purpose of Aogiri," a young woman with white hair with red splotches and streaks in it, who wasn't a reporter asked.
"If I'm not mistaken you're Fuyumi Todoroki, the only daughter of Endeavor," Izumi asked
"Yes," Fuyumi replied
"What Aogiri is, is a Ghoul peacekeeping organisation dedicated to cooperation and peace between Ghouls and Humans. It takes the name of the organisation my aunt founded, which was considered a terrorist organisation by the now-defunct CCG, and turns its previous reputation on its head," Izumi informed.
"What is the known number of members in Aogiri," a reporter asks
"Over one hundred pro heroes including most of UA's staff, over 500 ghouls that came to seek shelter, and roughly 100,000 humans from the nearby city and UA, specifically Class 2A, as I have revealed my true identity to them," Izumi said.
After that, the reporters left her alone, but Fuyumi stayed.
"Why does it seem that your stomach is slightly bigger than normal," Fuyumi asked politely.
"That is because I'm expecting," Izumi said shyly changing completely on a dime.
Izumi saw fit that she remove her mask and hug Fuyumi.
"Congratulations, I wish you luck," Fuyumi said continuing to hug her.
"Tell Shoto and Touya that Izumi said hi," Izumi asked Fuyumi.
"OK, I will," Fuyumi said breaking the hug waving and walking off.
"Well that was something," Touka said.
"Those news people made me uncomfortable," Eri said
"You did well, Eri, staying quiet for so long," Izumi said hugging Eri.
"Sweetpea, that was some amazing fighting out there," Ayato said ruffling Eri's hair.
"Yato, can you carry me, I feel like I'd fall asleep at any second," Izumi asked Ayato in a half-asleep kind of voice.
"Of course, I can, Zuzu," Ayato said, picking her up in a bridal hold.
"Auntie can you carry me home as well," Eri asked Touka.
I don't see why not, Moonlight, " Touka said, putting Eri on her shoulders and looking up at the full moon in the sky.
Izumi fell asleep almost immediately after she was picked up, maintaining the Kakuja for over 4 hours had stripped her of her energy and she wanted to sleep. They walked home, Eri staying awake the whole trip back to the Midoriya home, Ayato making sure to hold his fiancé as gently but as tightly as possible.
Touka had opened the door as she had free hands, and Ayato carried Izumi to the bedroom and laid her down on the bed then went back downstairs for some coffee. After finishing his coffee, he also went to sleep on the seating arrangement and Eri went upstairs to sleep alongside her mother.
Touka stayed up all night and did some vigilante work on her own.
Izumi slept until noon the following day.
