Declaration of War and the Start of the Fighting

A few months after the meeting, Izumi was having a conversation with Toga, whose Ghoul Alias is now Wraith due to her having her transform quirk, about rooting out any people in the ghoul district of Shizuoka that are allied with the MLA and eliminating them, be it through death or imprisonment.
"Toga, I'm entrusting the act of eliminating any trace of the Meta Liberation Army from our district before they attack," Izumi said placing on Toga's shoulder,
"Will do," Toga replied before jumping out of an open window.
Hours later, Izumi received a report of 9 Worms working for the MLA all dead due to Toga fighting in self-defence.
The room took a figurative breath of fresh air as the news of nine rats had been received. Izumi picked up her phone and called Eto to discuss something.
"Hello, Godmother, we need to talk," Izumi said to Eto through the phone.
"Oh, what is it, dear," Eto asked.
"I have a feeling that the MLA will attack tomorrow and I'm in no state to fight for a prolonged period, being pregnant and all,"
"That's understandable, where do I fit into this," Eto replied.
"We need the One-eyed Owl as the main powerhouse for the majority of the fight," Izumi said.
"Anything to protect the dream of the both of us," Eto replied.
"Expect an attack from the southwest of the district as their base of operation is in that direction," Izumi informed.
"Okay, make sure to get plenty of rest we'll have a grand battle," Eto remarked
"Okay, bye," Izumi said hanging up the phone
The rest of the day went normally for Izumi, with a discussion now and again, eating quite a lot of both human food and humans and a lot of naps.

The day after, the attack began as expected, a force of roughly 100,000 people split into 5 waves or micro armies to attack one at a time at about 11 am. Aogiri, being a peacekeeping force and its own army, mustered as many ghouls and heroes as they could, Managing to recruit a total of 25 ghouls and over 1000 heroes, possibly more than enough to defeat the army with just the ghouls alone, led on the ground by Eto Yoshimura, the One-eyed Owl herself alongside Eraserhead the underground hero. The MLA was led by Rikiya Yotsubashi AKA Redestro, a man who weaponises his stress. This man Izumi wanted to fight personally as he was the one who hated ghouls the most out of the entire MLA.
Among the heroes were many hero students including The Fragmentary Hero: Dynamight (Bakugou), Freezerburn (Shoto), Red Riot (Kirishima) and The Phantom Thief (Monoma). The entourage of heroes also included the previous Big Three and Sir Nighteye who was in the Planning room with Izumi.
One group of the MLA decided to attack Eto head-on. This prompted the full One-eyed Owl to come out. Eto takes the appearance of a large, monstrous creature. Her kakuja consists of large spikes protruding from her back, four large protrusions, and large bird-like feet. Her kakuja mask develops four horns and has a single eye in the centre. This visibly terrifies some of the MLA and a good majority of the heroes as this petite woman became a monster the size of a small house.
The Kakuja is completely unfazed by the variety of quirks used against it as it bats the soldiers aside and impales some on its 4 shoulder growths, as it shoots Spikes at the soldiers as well. Eri was also involved in the fighting under the supervision of her father and auntie so she doesn't get hurt, she had advanced her kagune and developed a kakuja which involved two of her Koukaku fusing over her chest and two of her Rinkaku wrapping over her arms to be used as whips, her Rinkaku also developed spikes on each segment. This allowed her to fight on par almost with Eto, fighting up close and afar tearing the front line to shreds. The Three Ukaku ghouls, Ayato, Touka and Toga, were bombarding the main line of the army although Toga mainly used her kagune as a blade and attacked in close quarters.
Of the first wave, over 16,000 out of 20,000 were killed by the ghouls alone and nearly 12,000 by Eto. This demoralised the MLA and no more from the second and third regiments would fight. The ghouls rejuvenated their strength to the disgust and horror of some of the heroes, especially members of the top ten and a few lower-ranked heroes. The ghouls gorged themselves on the thousands of corpses and some even developed a Kakuja due to an excess of Rc cells. Izumi had made her way down to the front in an attempt to challenge Redestro in a duel. As she had manifested a half-kakuja during the USJ incident due to her old habit of self-cannibalism, the excess of Rc cells allowed her to manifest her full kakuja.
The Fourth and Fifth regiments attacked simultaneously, with 40,000 people converging on a single point to fight. Izumi also took part in the fighting at this point. Her Kakuja form was monstrous just like her godmother's, 5 out of 8 Rinkaku fuse around her legs protecting her stomach, which was starting to show signs of pregnancy, forming a snake-like lower half of the body, her large ukaku wings shrink down to a quarter of their size as the crystals migrate covering her entire upper body as a new mask takes the place of the oni mask she previously wore, a Snake-like mask that grows up the bridge of her nose, leaving both of her eyes exposed, till it reaches her forehead where a Crown of horns forms allowing her white and green hair to flow freely in the wind. Her monstrous form is covered in sharp, keeled scales like that of a Viper, which glowed with a maleficent red and purple as the scales pulsed with light. The tail itself is 7m long as her bulk increased to make her as tall as Eto's Kakuja, about 13-14 ft tall. The Kakuja form exemplified the Name and title: Lamia, the One-eyed Queen. (Due to Lamia in mythology being a woman with a snake's tail in place of her legs).
The slaughter was less focused on the Ghouls, so there was a lower casualty rate for this assault, the Heroes knocked out many of the soldiers while the ghouls killed just over 1000, though this was mainly Izumi testing her new strength and taking her anger out on them, leaving them so mangled by Ukaku crystals and her three usable Rinkaku, that they could not be identified. The rampage of the 13ft tall snake woman with wings and three tentacles resulted in her tearing over 1000 people apart without ever touching them with her hands, aside from one of the Lieutenants, Geten, an ice quirk user, who pissed her off so badly that she wrapped him up in the tail and Rinkaku slowly being crushed and tortured with Ukaku shards she had plucked from her crystalline breastplate and was using as knives, before she broke his spine like a twig, twisting and breaking him before choking him out with her hand and tossing him aside. She continued her rampage until she found Redestro and regained some consciousness in her state. All through her rampage, she was giggling maniacally and whispers "Yotsubashi". The heroes that were students or part of UA were shocked at how a kind, innocent girl could be such a sadistic psychopath.
